Besides handling your technical production needs, Studio 79 also has session tracking with professional musicians available, if needed including drums, bass, guitar, synth, piano, violins and other stringed instruments.
Partial list of equipment includes Macintosh 10.6 Snow Leopard running Pro Tools 9 and Control 24 surface with Focusrite microphone preamps.
Other outboard gear, pre-amps, and microphones partially include ART tube mic pre-amps, Digidesign mic pre-amps, and microphone selections from R0DE, Oktava, Sennheiser, Shure, MXL, and more.
Our studio also specializes in Re-Mixing. Our engineers have worked with some of the best in the industry ranging from artists, bands, and recording labels. If you need a good mix, editing, programming, tuning, or consultation on your mix, we can handle your next job.
History
Established in 2000.
Plans to establish a studio were put in motion in 1999 by founders Ronald Steele, and his son Clarence Steele. The studio was officially up and running a year later in 2000 when they accepted some of their first clients for recording projects. Today some of those clients have gone on to do great things in the industry and are continuing to do great music today.
