Specialties

Thank you for your interest in Walla Walla Roastery! We are a micro-roastery and café specializing in the finest specialty grade coffees from around the world. We have an emphasis on traditional Northern Italian-style espresso cuisine and medium roasted single origin estate coffees. As we are certified we also offer a number of organically grown Fair Trade blends and single origins.

Come visit us at our café on 290 A Street (2 blocks past the Walla Walla Airport Terminal) and enjoy our on-site fresh roasted coffee and traditional espresso cuisine. We also offer fine tea from The Tao of Tea and gourmet pastries sourced from local purveyors.

Our coffee wholesale program has become the choice of fine restaurants, coffee shops, espresso carts, and winery kitchens in the Walla Walla area and beyond. Additionally, we are authorized sellers of La Marzocco, Fetco, Rancilio, Bunn, Baratza, and Bodum coffee equipment.

Please see our website for a look at our café and roastery.

History

Established in 2001.

It’s all about the coffee! Walla Walla Roastery was started in 2001 by the brother/sister combo of Thomas Reese and Mary Senter. We strived to fill a void in the ever expanding food and wine scene of Walla Walla.

Inspired by the DIY ethic that Thomas learned from his years of working for a homesteader in Alaska, to the youth that built the Burnside Skatepark in Portland, OR with their own hands and money, we set out on a mission. Our humble beginnings as a hobby roastery in a garage quickly escalated into a café and full scale roasting operation.

We made it our goal to provide the freshest, most unique coffees to our customers. We place a strong emphasis on light roasted single origin coffee and soft and sweet traditional Northern Italian espresso. Our coffees can be found in fine restaurants, coffee shops, and winery kitchens throughout the Walla Walla area.
