I took my prized 86 Chevy C10 here after a little driver-​side damage. I am admittedly very particular about who works on my car, and after being referred here by my mechanics at Painless Auto I took their word. We got off to a rough start trying to find replacement parts for a car my age, but we got through it and all-​in-​all the work they did was great. Good attention to detail as well, my truck looks like it was never damaged at all.

I repaired my car before three days. Geoff provided an excellent services and quick services. I am really appreciate with G E B. If anyone going to repair the auto don’t forget to go there.

Had my car repaired by G.E.B after a parking lot hit. We have been taking our cars to Geoff for over 20 years.
They gave me rides both ways, to and from the shop to drop off and pick up the car.
The car took a day longer than anticipated, but the work was flawless.
That is what matters most.
Geoff fixed a couple other things for free.

I was so impressed with GEB that I felt it worth taking the time to write this review. I rarely write reviews and when I do, it’s usually when a business has made me mad with poor service. I’m happy to say just the opposite is true in this case. I’m recently retired and money is tight (I was paying for the work myself.) and the unplanned expense of a car repair was stressful. Not only did GEB give me one of the lowest cost estimates, they offered to do the work in the shortest time and offered a free loaner, as well. Frankly NO body shop I’ve EVER dealt with finished the job on time, so I was skeptical. But since they gave me a free loaner, I wasn’t concerned with how long it would take. The loaner was far from new, but looked good, was clean and ran well. I was literally shocked when the work was done on time. They did a fine job and even cleaned my car, inside and out. The courtesy of everyone I dealt with, including Geoff the owner, was great and made dealing with a stressful process as easy as possible.

I sent my car here because it was referred by my insurance company after a collision. They kept my car for 8 weeks. They kept making excuses why the work was not done, and saying they were waiting on original ford parts to get in. When I finally got my car back, the engine overheated. Why would an engine over heat on a 2014 ford escape in negative temperatures in February? Oh, because GEB collision didn’t install my fan properly. The owner told me how great the car drove, and that all the repairs had been made. Two months later, the car wouldn’t accelerate. I took it to Brighton ford. It turns out, my transmission plate was broken in the collision. Geb missed it. Now I need a new trans. The dealership also informed me that it was one of the shoddiest repairs they’ve ever seen. I’m missing original ford parts from my car, and none of the parts they used to repair my car are factory. Do not use or trust geb collision. «Six months of car repair hell» should be their logo.

I was impressed with the honesty and straight forwardness at this shop. I had a minor repair needing done on my truck and the estimate took about ten minutes. They even offered to find used parts to save me some bucks.

I have taken several of my cars to GEB for collision work. I like that I have a trustworthy place to go.
