Doesn’t even deserve 1 Star, worse customer service. 24hr location that is hardly open past 11pm
Because they have horrible irresponsible employees that sleep in the booth while cars line up. Hours of operation fluctuate from week to week. This McDonalds is the worse McDonalds I’ve ever seen. The drive thru is absolutely the worse. Either they get your order WRONG or they take FOREVER to just take your order. I just stopped there after working 11 hrs. Wanting a sausage egg mcmuffin when was told to hang on a moment. After waiting several minutes (7 to be exact) I said excuse me are you ready yet and was told again to wait a moment. I said I already waited several moments. She never responded. I then drove away! This is the worse establishment I’ve ever tried to do business with. Don’t stop here unless you want to be disappointed!!! Joanna C.

Terrible Employee’s working there. Rude in the morning and cranky to be up early. Out of the Two Times I have been there this past Month they have messed up my order two times already. Terribly unhealthy too. the floors are dirty and there is a swarm of flies near the entrance.
I ordered a Cheseburger with NO Pickles and guess what I found when I got Home? EXTRA F-​ING pickles… I guess they do it out of eing funny or to bother people but hey. you lost my business.

You go to this shithole at night and after you wait 5 mins just for them to either tell you they don’t have multiple items or they are only taking cash then no matter what time of day they always mess up your order either forgetting something or just making your food how they feel like it. I manage a restaurant so I understand things happen but come the hell on. Worst place to eat in walled lake.

Most horrible McDonald’s in the country always gets the orders wrong and the employees give you attitude when you have them correct it I will be getting in contact with corporate to make a formal complaint.

2.5÷5 stars. I used to live near here and would go all the time, and it was fine, but today there were some flies in the dining room which was gross.
My mom ordered extra BBQ sauce and they gave it to me, for some reason, but my order was correct and at some McDs they don’t get it right.
This is an okay mcdonalds, the dining room looked clean but my mom said the bathrooms were not.

This is the worst McDonald’s. The workers don’t care, are rude and get the order wrong half the time. Recently, I waited about 10 minutes for a Big Mac, Chicken sandwich and a couple of medium fries. Nothing complicated about this order. Not sure why it took 10 minutes and, to top it off, the gave me the wrong chicken sandwich.
Also, as others have pointed out, this place looks dirty. It seems like no one cleans the lobby area.
I’ll never stop at this McDonald’s again.

Fine dining at its best! The service is outstanding you need to try the hamburgers use nothing but a prime beef:)
