Pizza is great and the care and thought he puts into making it comes through with every bite!!!

First time ordered tonight, Delicious pizza so far I had.
Me and my wife enjoyed it. Will order again… :)

Wonderful owner Dale is caring and interested in providing you a quality product. Have had gluten free pizza and the whole wheat pizza crust and it never disappoints. Even more importantly is the freshness of all the ingredients!

Excellent pizza, healthier than others. No oil, no salt!!! I’ve spoken to Dale about the healthy aspects of eating, and I see that he truly cares what he is serving to his customers. I wish everyone did.

This is the best pizza in Michigan! Dale the proprietor goes way out of his way for his customers! I have never been disappointed ever ever!

Early in the afternoon I call in an order for pick up. We ordered the «Gail’s Favorite» pizza and wanted to add chicken to it along with a caesar salad. Well when I get there the place is completely empty except for one guy. He greets me and says that I must’ve ordered the «Gail’s Favorite». I say yes and he thanks me for coming down since he told me that they weren’t able to deliver at the moment when I initially called in. He then tells me that he’s working on it. I then watch him begin making a pizza. It surely wasn’t my pizza since I had called in my order more than 15 minutes ago. I was sure that my pizza was already in the oven and would be out shortly. I was reassured of this when he put that pizza that he began building after I got there in the oven and I seen another pizza in the oven. Phew! Cool… It’ll only be another couple minutes at the most. Those minutes go by and I watch him take out what I thought was my pizza, but something didn’t look right. That’s because it wasn’t a pizza at all. It was their version of breadsticks.
So come to find out, yes, he did not begin making my pizza until after I stepped foot into the shop and when he told me that he was working on it, he was kind of lying. If you’ve ready my reviews in the past about ordering take out, you know that this annoys me. The reason that you call in an order ahead is so that you don’t have to wait when you get there. Now I’m reasonable. I could understand if it was busy or something but the place was completely empty! I order the pizza 15 minutes ahead of time and still have to wait another 15 minutes for it when I gets there. Boy this better be a good pizza!
When I get home, I notice that he did not add chicken to the pizza like I’d had asked. Hmmmph! However, the pizza itself was pretty tasty, though I’d have liked the crust a tad bit crispier. Lastly, the caesar salad was a joke. Just lettuce and fake a** croutons that were really just old pieces of the chewy breadsticks things that I’m sure were from the day before because they tasted old and I watched him make what were probably the first batch for the day myself.
The pizza was actually tasty so that’s the only reason why they aren’t getting 1 star.

Pizza tastes good. From east coast and haven’t found any pizza that is close to that delicious PHL/​NJ/​NY pizza but this was good. Not as good as east coast pizza but still really good pizza.

Delicious! Hand tossed real pizza. In the area with hockey team and we got it delivered. Margherita was my fav!

Amazing. Was in Italy a month ago and Picasso is better than any pizza I had there. Authentic and tasty, this place is by far the best pizza in Michigan! The owner and staff are friendly as well! Get the bread!

Staff was very nice, polite and friendly… This place is a 5 stars in the land chain pizzas with frozen crusts, this place was a great find. The hand tossed crust is a welcome change. They even offer whole wheat. The pizza is made to order and the food came quickly in spite of the large number of orders that came in over the phone. The sauce was excellent and we agree with the positive Unilocal reviews that brought us in to this Gourmet Pizza Place.

Very good food. Everything tastes fresh. We’ve had pizza a few times and last night we tried the spaghetti carbonara. I added some fresh grated Parmesan to the pasta and it was fantastic. I love that they deliver. We will order again.

I ordered carry out a few weeks ago because I was in the area. We got a Greek salad and a large three topping pizza and I was pleased with the speed of our order and the friendly young lady who was working at the time. The Greek salad was fresh, albeit with too many onions and olives for my taste and lacking the traditional cucumber and garbanzo beans I usually see on a Greek salad. The pizza was fresh and hot and the ingredients were prepared to order. The young lady actually cut up a fresh zucchini for the pizza, as a matter of fact! I found the topping load to be a little much for such a thin crust, so next time, I will probably just order a single topping and request the pizza well done for a little more durability. Overall, this is a nice family business that uses fresh ingredients, I would go back if I was in the area.

We had hoped for more seeing all of the great reviews for this place. We ordered the Margherita Pizza. The crust was extremely soggy, and we both felt there was way too much garlic on it. Could have used more basil. The pizza wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t anything we’d go out of our way for again.

Great mom and pop pizza place. Always fresh and made right. One of the last mom and pop pizza gems left around town. Pizza has wonderful fresh toppings and the crust is made fresh daily. Highly recommend it.

Fresh ingredients, good pizza, this place is very fair on pricing and on health, give it a try!

Best gluten free pizza I have had anywhere ever!!! I’ve been gluten free over 12 years and this is the best pizza I’ve had! My husband, who eats gluten, also loves Picasso. The crab pizza is delicious and worth being adventurous. Dale, the owner, is a wonderful person. The seating is not the best only two tables so we do take out or delivery. I highly recommend Picasso!

This is some of the best pizza, period. I’ve eaten a lot of pie (don’t go there…) and trust me, walled lake hasn’t had pie like this since «Bridge’s Pizza»! Dating myself, I know.
I live in NM and trust me, we simply don’t have pizza like I knew growing up In the Detroit area. There’s a lot of great pie in Detroit, (again, don’t go there :)), but there’s always been something about Picasso’s that made me very bias. They care about how they make it, they’ve made many personal sacrifices to keep the business open… And above it all, the quality has never suffered.
There are three places I insist I visit whenever I return to Michigan, and PicAsso’s is on that list!
Go TIGERS, Go WINGS, go LIONS And GO BLUE!!! (That’s for you — Buckeye — but you make great pizza :)).
