Cajun connection only opened for business last weekend, but they’re already running like old pros. Service was great, very personable and more than willing to share their crawfish know how. They offer boiled crawfish and shrimp as well as live at market prices. The boiled crawfish are cooked in their special garlic blend seasoning, a little light in flavor but saved by the fact that they give you some extra dipping seasoning along with your order. By far the freshest crawfish I’ve ever had, no stinkers in this batch. What they lacked in flavor was made up by the freshness and quality of the crawfish themselves. According to the cashier, the crawfish they were serving today was straight off a boat in Louisiana yesterday. Lots of outdoor seating and across from bucees so you can pick up drinks and desserts to go with your crawfish. A great experience – we will definitely be back.
