Where else can you apply for a mortgage and receive funny, personalized emails to help you along the way? My loan officer Chris Roberts demonstrated that the improbable is very possible. I had less than a month to close on a house since the buyers of my previous home insisted on a 2 week close of escrow. Chris had me pre-​qualified in no time. Even before I had signed a contract on the new house, Chris was able to collect most of the necessary information from me so that as soon as the contract was signed she was able to get the mortgage process going immediately. What should have taken 45 days was completed in less than 30! She had assured me that we could get the mortgage process completed before Thanksgiving. She did better than that, she worked overtime with the title company so that I was able to move into the house before the holiday! I’m so delighted with the speed and efficiency of the job she did and I highly recommend Chris for any of your mortgage needs.

My husband and I just purchased our first home and we are SO incredibly thankful for Leanne’s role in it. We had no idea what we were doing, or getting ourselves into and Leanne was our saving grace in the entire stressful process. She went out of her way to give us A+ service and did not disappoint.

Called for info on a refinance. Mark (in Monterey, even though I called the 925 number) took all my personal information and told me three or four times that he would definitely get back to me by the next evening. Nothing. No phone call, no message, no email. Sorry way to do business, and if he couldn’t help, then a common courtesy is to call and tell me that.

A fountain of knowledge, Leanne Odum walked us through every step of the pre-​approval process, making it simple for even first-​time homebuyers like us to understand. (Read: We were clueless!) Even better, her advice was dead on, accurate and in no way does she try to talk you into a mortgage you can’t afford. (I have no idea if people do that any more but had heard horror stories) Friendly, approachable and with excellent follow-​through, she even enthusiastically helped us out big time when we ended up needing a mortgage in another state.
