Alex did an AMAZING job on my new convertible top for my 2001 BMW Z3.
Fast, reasonable and it looks fabulous!

Alex did a great job on my 69 Chevelle SS including the headliner, headrests and rear deck. Had to work around a sunroof. Got it done in a day and the price was very reasonable.

Thank you Alex for doing an amazing job. I needed a bolster repair for my 2004 330i. I had some spare fabric and Alex was able to work with what I had to repair the bolster with an incredible turn around time! Will definitely recommend his work to anyone I come across that needs work done.

Alex did a great job, and FAST! He was done in about half the time I had expected, and it came out to exactly what I was quoted.
My 97 Miata now has a great looking new top (and I can again see out of the back window!)
[Hint, when getting a new top on the older Miatas sticking to the plastic window means you have a better chance of re-​using the original latches. Not always so easy on the glass window versions]
He answers email in a timely fashion, calls promptly and does great work. What’s not to like?

Alex was great! I took my ’98 Lexus in to repair the driver seat. He replaced and color matched a section of my leather seat with a wear and tear crack that split open. The seat has never looked better and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Excellent workmanship and a fair price! Excellent work at a reasonable price!
I drove over to Alex’s shop a couple months ago to get a quote for replacing a headliner in my classic Camaro. He was straight forward about what’s involved, how long it would take (and cost), and approved the catalog parts house I was getting the headliner from.
I dropped off the car Monday morning and picked it up Tuesday afternoon. The result was awesome! Fit and finish were perfect.
Highly recommend!

Alex reupholstered the rear seats in my car in black suede and red stitching. He even special ordered the materials so they would exactly match my existing interior. I was very impressed with the finished product because it looks so nice that it could easily be mistaken for an OEM product.
I would most definitely return here the next time I need custom interior work done, because the quality and attention to detail is very good, and Alex is easy to work with. I actually called about 10 local shops in my local area before I came here. Half the shops couldn’t do what I wanted, and the other half wanted way too much money. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Alex’s Upholstery rocks. Had the convertible rear window replaced and it was better then new. He is good at getting convert tops to lay down and not bubble out when driving on the freeway.
My friend had an entire interior done in a 67 nova and it looked great.
Im taking my firebird their for a new headliner and seats when it’s ready.

I have a 2005 Suburban that needed the drivers seat replaced. I purchased the cover on ebay and Alex agreed to replace it. He not only did an excellent job, the price was very fair which is difficult to find today. I will give him a 10 out of 10 rating.

when I first looked for this type of business it took me awhile to find a local one. I tried going to 1 in my hometown and the customer service was horrible so I did one more search and I found Alex. He was professional, personable, funny and good at what he does! Not to mention had a quick turn around too! I would highly recommend him in the future as well as go back if ever a need as well!

Alex did a great job on my Z06 seat backrest panel. Left it with him in the morning and he was finished by 2pm.

I took my car in for an estimate and Alex was very friendly and professional. Alex repaired my driver’s side front seat for my 2001 330ci BMW. I have the sport seats and the bolster on driver’s side was worn out, big time. He had the exact match for my grey leather seat and his price for the work was very, very reasonable.
The work performed was awesome!!! My seat looks new again and I’m super stoked every time I open the door.
Alex is the bomb. Very professional, very affordable, and his work is top notch.

We took our old Landcruiser to him because he had the lowest estimate in the area and came across as detailed and serious about his work. He did a great job and we would take our other old dilapidated cars to him if we cared enough about those to make nicer.
He was really polite too– i had to wait a bit for my estimate and watched him treat everyone, on the phone and waiting in the shop, with incredibly smooth professionalism. This customer service extended even to ol’ Cooter hanging around long after his transaction was complete lamenting how cars were made back in the day. Alex gave him a fair chance to talk, told me thanks for waiting, and placed some order on the phone simultaneously and did all with kindness and speed.
Our truck looks great too– I didn’t see any flaws other than how crappy the rest of the interior looks in comparison to his work.

I’ve gone to him two or three times in the past ten years, and he has always done me right.
He’s located off the main drag, down an auto repair row that isn’t easy to see… I think the entrance is right after Midas Mufflers, on Mt. Diablo, on a little half street that is perpendicular to Mt. Diablo (and runs towards the freeway). (In this area there are auto mechanics, paint shops, fender repair, smog shops, etc.) His shop is down a small hill, on the left.
He has done smaller repairs to my car seats, and he was reasonably priced. He did a good job, and was done quickly. (He was referred to me by my mechanic in another city.)
I’ve also seen him doing larger jobs… repairing, or adding in new leather seats to classic old cars, Chevy’s, as well as boats, and his work looks great.
When I was chatting with him once, he said something like, «I try to charge a reasonable price, and treat people fairly. … My Mom also does my accounting, so she keeps an eye on the business, too, to make sure we’re doing everything right.»
