Coulter Crew!
I’ve worked with Andraya and her team three times now and they are absolutely wonderful. Andraya jumped in when the first lender I was working with was not as responsive as I needed him to be. Her team was excellent in following up and following through.
When I needed to refinance to put a new roof on my house along with some other repairs/​upgrades I did some research for loans that may work for me prior to calling Andraya again (no, I did NOT consider working with anyone other than the Coulter Crew!). Andraya responded to me immediately, knew exactly what I was talking about when I mentioned some loan types found in my research, knew that they would not work for me and came up with preferable and less expensive options.
I highly recommend Andraya and her team for honest, responsive and caring service. They get to know you and make you feel part of «The Crew»

As a first-​time home buyer, I was looking for a local lender (not some distant call center) who would take the time to educate me on the home mortgage process. Andraya was exactly the sort of lender I was seeking. Right at the beginning, she took several hours to walk me through the process and was readily accessible by email & phone when I had questions along the way. She’s warm, charismatic, and had tremendous patience for all my questions.
When I wanted to make an offer on a house on the Sunday night of a holiday weekend, she made sure my pre-​approval letter got to my agent. Later, when escrow got messy, she and her supervisor personally saw to it that things were made right. I really appreciated that level of personal service when so much was on the line.

MILITARY VETS LISTEN UP! VA LOAN WILL NOT DISQUALIFY YOU IN THE BAY AREA MARKET!!!
First time home buyer here and I had no clue what to do or where to start. Most of the terminology thrown at me was jibberish from another lender and I felt lost. I found Andraya through my agent, Adrian Diaz, who is amazing to work with and found through Zillow. I assumed and wanted to do a conventional loan in a competitive Bay Area market, but Andraya talked me out of it. After talking to me for a few minutes, she found out that I was military and convinced me to do a VA loan so I would have more cash on hand for other things. What I didn’t know was that she is a VA GODDESS!
She’s very responsive and knowledgeable in all aspects of home loans, and did I mention VA? When my initial offer didn’t get accepted because the seller didn’t want to deal with VA and was scared off by it, Andraya got in touch with the seller’s agent and promised them that there wouldn’t be any hiccups or a hard sell. Who does that? Even the seller and the agents were surprised by this. Here’s the part that surprised everyone, VA typically takes 45 – 60 days to fund and close escrow and Andraya promised 30 days… I closed in 21 days. It would have been 18 days, but there were other repairs that needed to be done first, but still well below the 30 days time frame.
I loved working with her and her team and I was able to get in touch with them day or night. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to work with her again and I would definitely recommend her to other people

What can I say about Andraya and her team other than they are the BEST team I’ve worked with after 2 home purchases. Andraya is a lending professional that knows her stuff and goes that extra mile to help you out. My husband and I were selling his house, my house, and purchasing a new home. Andraya helped us with the new home loan and guided us through the whole process from pre-​approval to close. She even helped out with the sale of one of our homes when there was a stall in the buyer’s lender. She called them up and offered to help in anyway she could. I cannot praise Andraya and her team enough, as they made the whole process as easy as possible and helped during times of high stress. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
