Meet the Business Owner

Kevin B.

Business Owner

The concept of hard work, entrepreneurship, and drive to succeed started for Kevin Balestrieri as a young boy. Kevin’s father owned a fishing business in San Francisco where Kevin spent his weekends working at the pier. Kevin took his understanding of hard work into college where he played football as a walk-on player at Oregon State. After successfully playing for Oregon State for two years, he decided to accept a scholarship opportunity from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and transferred. It was there that he was Prime Sports Athlete of the Week and Team Captain. He earned his BS degree in Business Communications in 1999.

Kevin’s family friend, who had a successful construction company, inspired Kevin to teach himself finish carpentry and pursue a degree in Construction Management at Hayward State. While he was studying for his contractor’s license, Kevin made his living selling construction supplies. He is a member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization SF and the author of Home Team.
