Unbelievable. This firm can’t even find a former client (me) in their database.
It’s worth mentioning that I received an IRS audit regarding the year this firm completed my taxes. It turns out it was due to an error they made. I called Zachary myself and he essentially said (and I’m paraphrasing here) «fix it yourself». You can’t make this stuff up.
I’m leaving this as a two-star review but frankly it should be one-star.

I refer this firm to all my friends and family. After years searching for a reputable and knowledgeable tax and accounting firm, I have found it here. They do all the usual services you would expect and then some. After a recent medical diagnosis, Zach was willing to sit with me and go over my tax implications for ongoing health care costs that were out of pocket. He also explained how the FSA/HSA would or would not benefit me and when a tax break comes into effect. They definitely go above and beyond and are trustworthy and thorough. Highly recommended.
