Cranmer Properties Inc. (CPI) manages Commercial Property investments. It was incorporated in 1981 as an adjunct to Joe Cranmer & Associates to manage projects being acquired through the efforts of Mark Cranmer. It has grown independently to become developer, owner, and manager of commercial properties throughout central and eastern Contra Costa County. Our experience allows us to truly manage your property as we would our own property. CPI manages the day-​to-​day operations so the client can enjoy the benefits of their investment.

In 1974 Mark W. Cranmer began his commercial real estate career working beside his father who had established Joe Cranmer & Associates, Inc. a decade earlier. In the early 1960’s two «Realtors» in Walnut Creek, CA specialized in commercial property. Joe Cranmer was one of them.

Mark established Cranmer Properties, Inc. in 1981 and continued working along side his father and later his brother who had joined the firm in the mid1980’s. Since mid 1990’s Cranmer Properties, inc. (CPI) has focused on development of office/​industrial properties and commercial property management, mostly managing properties built or acquired by CPI and their clients and partners.

Our vision is to be the first management company businesses want to rent from. This can only come about by rapid response to tenants requests, well-​maintained properties, and fair market rents. By maintaining our own standards as Landlord we will also maximize the financial return to our clients.
