History
Established in 2003.
After my DVC (Diablo Valley College) experience in the training room and my DVC certificate in Personal training, I then moved to San Francisco and I got a job at a gym in Colma, CA. After I left the gym I got a call from an old prospective client who was ready to start working out. She really wanted my help. She had an old injury in her hamstring that never got better and she wanted my help to get started. So I started Forsyth Personal Training and started with that first client. I showed her how to take care of her hamstring and to work on her fitness at the same time. Now I’m back in the east bay and growing my business while helping Clients manage their fitness and there injuries. Call me if you need help.
Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner
In High School I started studying Athletic Training and Physical Therapy. I got a certificate from Regional Ocupation, through Mt. Diablo Adult Education in 1993. I volunteered at my mentors clinic, Center for Sports Medicine in Walnut Creek. I started taking classes at DVC for Athletic Training, Physical Therapy and worked in the school Training Room under the head Athletic Training Coach with over 200 inter-collegic athletes. I covered practice, home and away games. Helping with injury evaluations, rehabilitation, taping and strapping, and equipment fitting.
Also while at DVC I took a certificate of class for Personal Training.
Then I took a break from school and moved to San Francisco. I got a job at a gym in the south bay as a Personal Trainer. I did not like management and their lack of motivation to really help people so I quit and started «Forsyth Personal Training». I moved back to the east bay got married and now I want the world to be healthy! Call me if you want motivation.
