Established in 2007.

Fowler & Associates was formed to offer comprehensive insurance and risk management planning for individuals and small business owners. Owner and founder Justin Fowler worked as an employee for a Fortune 100 insurance company for 9 years before leaving to form the agency.

We put our clients’ interests first and go the extra mile to help people protect the things that are important to them. Whether you want to save money or ensure that your possessions and family are protected, we have plans that will help you.

Justin Fowler started his insurance career in 1995. After working as an employee for almost a decade, he left the corporation to form an independent agency. By becoming and independent agent, Mr. Fowler can offer clients choice and address specific problems as they arise.

For business owners, Fowler & Associates can offer comprehensive business planning and risk management. They bring in additional specialists to address all of the various needs that business owners have and are usually not aware of until after the consulation.

Justin Fowler earned his Bachelors degree from California State University, Hayward in 1999, graduating Cum Laude. Justin also earned his MBA from Saint Mary’s College of California in 2003. Mr. Fowler enjoys Hiking and Photography when he is not obsessively tending to his business.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Kyle especially. He truly cares about his clientele and their well being! Found me the cheapest insurance on the spot without a problem over the phone. Fast and easy to work with during my hectic car buying process with Honda. In addition he stayed on the phone with me during 3 different people we were transferred to on the phone. I was having problems communicating with my credit union and when they tried to take advantage of my lack of knowledge involving car insurance he stepped in and made sure everything was set straight. I feel truly blessed to have someone who cares enough to go above and beyond. Now that’s real service!

Before I went to see Justin, I had gone to State Farm, Mutual of Omaha and New England Financial to get quotes for disability insurance. I was feeling totally overwhelmed by comparing the quotes and trying to sort through all the information to find out what best fit my needs.
So I met with Justin because he is an Endorsed Local Provider for the Dave Ramsey show. He helped me figure out first what parameters I needed to set for my disability insurance and to request quotes to meet those parameters. He took the time to explain the terminology and eliminate useless riders that would save me money. Our visit was purely educational and I felt no sales pressure. Since Dave Ramsey has a different provider specifically for life and disability insurance, Justin referred me to them for the actual purchase of products, reflecting on his honesty and ethical principles. I will definitely go back to Justin for future insurance needs!

When you buy insurance (especially online) sometimes it seems like you’re just paying for a name and big flashy commericals.
Ever had a situation where it seems like you would only get your insurance carrier to cover that windshield repair if the incident happened on the third sunday with a full moon during a leap year? Oh yes, you’d better read that fine print!
Luckily Justin knows his stuff and because of that I know that what I have the coverage I need and I pay less than I used to! I’m happy!

Talk about a soothing soak in the bath of «dont worry, we’ll take care of it» ! What a insurance mess i was facing, i was so stressed out the paint on the walls was peeling.
After talking to Fowler Insurance, and Justin in particular, the immediate sense of relief was overwhelming.
