Keith came to my home today from Headley’s and did a superb job on my very dirty carpeting. He was polite, efficient, and worked extra hard to get the stains out. His price was very reasonable, and I will recommend him to my friends and acquaintances.

Update: Owner just called and stared we didn’t have rug cleaned at all in ten years – again blaming us. We have had it cleaned and take good care of it! I recommend the owner look at the rug or carpet carefully, ask a few questions, then explain the process to the customer. If his method is not best for the item after inspection, then say so!
First review: I have a large wool area rug that we had cleaned last week. This is a thick beautiful carpet that we have handled with kid gloves since we bought it 10 yrs ago. He didn’t even look at the back until we pointed out the debris. The residue from cleaning it, which we found when we vacuumed it, was blamed on us! He did answer our calls and returned to go over it again. Easy $ 85.00 for him and insults for us.

Called this company on really short notice. I needed a move in cleaning and major carpet cleaning withing 24 hours.
The lady I spoke to over the phone was extremely helpful, empathetic of my situation and also sweet.
She pulled some strings, and got me in the very next day.
The cleaners came in and did an amazing job, they didn’t cut any cut any corners. They made the entire process painless and made me feel comfortable and stress free.
The carpet looks Brand New!

I had to book a move out cleaning last minute and they are super helpful. I spoke with Katherine over the phone and she worked with me throughout my very difficult situation. I needed my apartment cleaned asap and she immediately started finding time slots for me that will best fit my needs. They made the scheduling very easy and handled everything I requested. I probably was not easy to deal with since I put them in a difficult situation and basically told them I was only available on Saturday and only this Saturday but they made it happen. (My first cleaning company cancelled last minute.) Not only was Headley’s Cleaning able to work with my crazy schedule, the cleaner arrived on time and prepared with all the cleaning supplies.

I contacted Headley’s to do a move-​out cleaning based on their Unilocal reviews. They were able to do the cleaning within two days as my renters were moving in soon after. We just finished a kitchen remodel and the house was very dusty. The maids arrived promptly at 8:00 am, the carpet cleaner followed at 10:00. The entire job was finished by noon. Anna & Maria did a fantastic job. Keith made the hardwood floors clean & shiny, the carpet which had several dark stains from traffic dirt was restored to like new condition. Kitchen cabinets & drawers were wiped clean — No dust! Friendly and professional. Will definitely use them again.

I had my carpets cleaned today for about the 10^th time with Headley’s. The owner Keith is awesome. We have been using Headley’s for several years and he’s always done a great job getting our carpets back in shape. He’s been able to tackle some stubborn stains and also get our couch looking good again. Headley’s is very efficient from start to finish. I like the fact they are a local business and Keith has been doing carpets for the past 30 years. He always has good tips for maintenance in between cleanings. I’d highly recommend them.

Keith just left my house after cleaning my carpets for the second time in just under a year. Both times he left my carpets looking like new and smelling like new too. He works quickly, arrives on time (this time he was here 10 minutes early), and he gave me tips on how to keep my carpets looking good between professional cleanings. His staff also got back to me really quickly and were able to schedule a last-​minute cleaning… I called on Thursday and they were still able to squeeze me in on Monday. I know a lot of the bad reviews are for the house cleaning service, but I didn’t use those so I don’t know if the cleaners are any good. But as far as carpet cleaning goes, Keith is two for two with me.

Great company. I had stubborn dark stains in my carpet and the tiles looked so old and dirty I didn’t know how to get rid of it. I’ve never used a cleaning service before but decided to try one out as a gift to my mom who some would call lazy and a hoarder. I asked Headley’s to clean the living room and kitchen and the job they did was amazing!!! I haven’t see my mom’s house that clean since when I lived there as a child! I’ll definitely be calling them again for next time. Thank you!!!

We just used their service for the fifth time, for both carpet cleaning and home cleaning, and we have never been disappointed. They are really nice, serious and accommodating. LATE!!! Today’s cleaning appointment was more than disappointing!!! I have used them once before and they were ok! For today’s appointment I received a call from Headley’s at the time the cleaning crew were to be arriving at my house informing me that they would be an hour and a half late. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I would’ve expected a call earlier in the day to give me better warning! I ended up canceling my appointment.

I just used Headley again to clean the condo we were leaving and to clean the house we were moving into.
The carpets on both places turned out excellent. Also the housecleaning company that they use now was excellent. The condo was super gross and they made it clean.
I will definitely use them again.

Just moved from my one bedroom apartment, into a house and needed a reliable cleaning service, to help restore my apartment to a presentable state again before moving. Without a doubt, the BEST service I could’ve ever asked for. They showed up prepared, on time, and from start to finish provided excellent customer service. The carpet was in pretty bad shape and I thought that it would be impossible to clean, but after Headley’s Cleaning was finished with it. It was as GOOD as NEW, if not BETTER. So glad that I called and got my apartment cleaned. Worth every penny! Just moving to California I was so nervous about allowing new service professionals in my home, as I had used the same company for 5 years back in my previous home town. So happy I decided to go with Headleys! Above and beyond my expectations (they are high expectations too). Timely, professional, friendly, and my home sparkles! Nothing is better then coming home after Headleys has cleaned!

My roommate and I recently had to move out of our apartment and we needed to find a carpet cleaning service to clean our carpets in hopes we would get most of our deposit back. They did an amazing job and were very friendly and professional. Our carpets were spotless and we got more of our deposit back then we thought we would. We will definitely be using their services in the future.

Mr. Headley, My experience is exactly as I described. The gentleman in your team actually refused to even move a small carpet saying he had surgery and he wont touch anything. The lady was of course never spoken to because i cannot speak spanish and she cannot speak english. Nobody treated anyone as movers — my husband and i constantly moved everything out of their way. The last place from where they came 4 hours late had overworked them so much and they looked so exhausted, that i specifically called back and asked if they should be working at all; and then at the end, I actually filled out two large cartons of food for your team. If your team is SO thankless as to report otherwise, shame on them; and if you are lying here despite being accurately informed, shame on you.
Now, as for your other inaccurate /​misinformed comments, I have no interest or time in arguing with you — you are welcome to write anything you want for public consumption. I’ve written what MY experience was. Forget about offering a refund, you requested me to call you and then didnt even listen to a sentence — you yelled at me and you threatened me. If you care for customer experience, good for you and your business — it will certainly yield you well. If you don’t, well, that’ll show up too! I’m certainly never using your service again!
UPDATE: So one Mr. Keith Headley called me shortly after i posted this review and left some incredibly strange things on my voicemail such as I’m in the business of «ruining people» to have left a review with a single star; and that there was some kind of «agreement» that if they sent out someone, «this wouldn’t happen». (!!?)
He suggested I should call him back if I wanted to «work it out». Despite his unpleasant tone, I was impressed that maybe someone responsible in the company cares about customer experience and would like to discuss my experience!
When I called back, I explained I had heard his voicemail and if he didnt have anything to add, I would be happy to explain and share my experience. He asked me to go «right ahead» — and the minute I started speaking, he cut me off yelling that I have left «malicious reviews» and he has already hired an attorney! Wow — maybe this is why they have less reported poor reviews — maybe they just bully and threaten people who post a poor experience? I calmly continued to speak and told him that I only called because he said he wanted to discuss — so if he wanted to actually hear me, he was welcome to call — but this yelling and threatening only confirms my poor opinion of their business! Well, it’s too bad some folks cant be mature enough to constructively discuss candid feedback. Good luck to people out there who might suffer a poor experience and venture out to share it. Cheers!

Moved here recently. All the stuff was in boxes, and decided to get some help cleaning out insides of drawers and cupboards. I had guests visiting in the next few days and could not do everything on my own.
Saw great reviews, and made a «deep clean» first appointment. The first available appointment was in 4 days — they promised a team of 3. The team could only come in on a working day at 1230 PM. No problem, i took a half day off from work to reach home at noon sharp.
The team was FOUR hours late — and was a husband wife (Bertha) team of TWO people. (The last place made them ‘overwork’). Okay, let’s get started. I explained and requested a focus on cleaning out any cobwebs and insides of drawers — and worked right along side for 3 hours, non stop, constantly moving things out of their way — letting them decide their sequence of working. 3 hours by the watch and they disappeared.
\When i noticed them gone, I looked and saw them in their car — figured maybe they are taking a break, so didnt disturb them. Waited half hour and finally asked them whats up. They tell me they are just done and i should speak with the service agency!!! They could have told me that a HALF hour ago! I called Catherine at the agency — who seemed apologetic and offered to make up by giving me another «team» for two hours. Of course the team wasnt available anytime soon. I told her i’d think about it. When the team left, i found they had left the drawers untouched! Too bad i had guests arriving in the next 2 days so i spent next 2 full days cleaning everything on my own.
Later in the week, i called and accepted her gracious offer. On the scheduled time, a team of ONE shows up (Jenna) — very pleasant and nice girl — but had NO equipment. No vaccuum, mop nothing. She says, she’s not an agency regular staff, just a «back up»!
Okay, let’s start — she takes 30 minutes to clean one small bathroom, and when i go see, the toilet seat is still dirty! After a 30 minutes in the bathroom — are you just passing time?
