History

Established in 1992.

Joline Banks’s State Farm office was established in her native East Bay city of Concord, CA. Throughout the years Joline’s office has made countless connections with the community through fundraising events and numerous volunteer positions. Her agency is now located in Walnut Creek and has expanded to a larger office and team to better aid her customers. It has and always will be Joline’s top priority to offer the best insurance and financial services, while serving the community and providing her customers with excellent customer service.

I have had my insurance with State Farm for over 25 years. Joline has always been my agent and home office. She is ALWAYS helpful, professional and friendly! People ask me if I ever have had any problems with my insurance. The answer is no. Never once. I have been involved in two accidents over the years. Neither were my fault. Joline handled it all. There was no stress on my end.

I recently moved my insurance to State Farm. My dad has been a long time policy holder, & he recommended I check them out. I work in the city & have long hours due to my profession. I was able to take care of my insurance with Vee without even stepping foot into the office. We were able to take care of my needs over the phone & via text & email. I like the fact that based on my hectic schedule, I can still have access to my agent in a way that works for me. We transferred our policies to Joline when we moved to Concord 9 years ago. Being a military family, we have relocated several times and have had a few different agents. While we have always had good experiences with State Farm, I can honestly say Joline is the best. We are well advised and watched over by this guardian angel. My rates kept increasing irrespective of being their customer for 6 years with no negative records — talked to the agent to try to reduce it .His answer was a blatant no– not gonna happen. Wasn’t even ready to negotiate. I switched to Geico who reduced my quotes by about 12 dollars a month.

First of all this is only the second Unilocal review I’ve ever written. Like one of the earlier reviews here I initially found this office to be a bit aggressive in their promotions and solicitation. Since then I had a friend who is insured by them have an extensive, somewhat complicated water damage claim that ran into the serious thousands of dollars. Guess what,. this office, Joline Banks especially, was just as aggressive and focused on putting them in contact with contractors and getting them set up in long term temporary housing during the terribly expensive repairs. I know for a fact most insurance brokers simply refer you to the agencies claims department preferring not to get their hands dirty. Not this office and not this agent. They make themselves available pretty much day and night and seem to be innately concerned about being of service in times of need. If that“s considered aggressive,. bring it on :-)
