I first met Kitty almost 9 years ago (!) when I started as an agent at the Grubb Co. Kitty was the in-​house business trainer who took all of us nubes and whipped us into shape! Through our weekly sessions, we grew to know each other, and, I must say, my personal connection to Kitty makes me not want to let her down, even now, so many years later! I think most people who work with her feel the same way: you don’t want to let her or yourself down and you want to make the most of every minute of the coaching.
Kitty invited me recently to a one-​day retreat in early Dec of’15 that truly was transformative for me, my mental thought processes about my business, and the direction I always wanted to take but never quite made the connection on how to get there. I now have a clear pathway to where I want to go, I just need the small steps to get me there. I am great at getting off-​track, and meeting with Kitty helps me stay accountable to my plan.
We have lots of people come to speak to our office, other business trainers, inspirational speakers, etc. She is head and shoulders above most that we hear – and we hear some great ones! I recommend Kitty without reservations. She is the best in the business!

Kitty coached a group of us over an 8-​week period and, for me, the experience was incredibly helpful. Like with all coaching, you «can’t hire someone to do your push-​ups for you,» but so long as you come to grips with that, then I think Kitty can help you maximize your plan and help you align your actions with your goals. What I found most insightful was that the coaching plan revolved around a universal best practices approach as opposed to, in my case, a mortgage best practices series. Reinforcing the fundamentals but also expanding on them did indeed help me break a plateau and I am happy to recommend Kitty to anyone who may be in a similar situation, regardless of profession.

I took some group classes with Kitty years ago when I started in real estate and I always appreciated her style. As my business matured I decided to invest in some regular coaching and planning sessions.
Kitty offers practical advice, and seeing her on a regular basis helps me take time to review and track my business and stay accountable.
With her wide client base, Kitty is able to draw on a breadth of experience and share more marketing ideas than you could use in a couple of lifetimes.
She also offers annual business planning reviews, so you get your business plan done at the start of the year.
Apart from being incredibly efficient and insightful, Kitty is a compassionate person with lots of energy… and a wicked streak of humor!
