Kristeena is awesome and really knows what she is doing! I was a walk-​in at first but now I would follow her anywhere. She and Clip Joynte make getting your hair cut a total blast!

Finding a good barber seems increasingly difficult. I was impressed with Kristeena’s hair cut, her attention to details and her care for ensuring I’d not only get a good hair cut on this visit but also for growing my hair out and making the most of my desired style.
I’ll definitely be coming back! She also does straight razor shaves and she recommended to call or text her beforehand so she can get towels warming up which is very conscientious and well appreciated.
The last thing I wanted to mention: I’ve been to barber shops before where you feel uncomfortable or unwelcome for not already being a regular — this was not the case with Kristeena, I felt welcome and like my business was appreciated.

Kristeena is easily one of the best barbers in the East Bay, and definitely one of the best in Walnut Creek. I just moved to WC after living in San Francisco for several years, and I can say with confidence that Kristeena can compete with some of the best barbers in SF, too. (And there are a TON of great barber shops in SF.) I highly recommend Kristeena for anyone looking for a great cut in the East Bay.

I see Kristeena every Saturday for one of the great guilty pleasures for a man, a shave with warm towels and warm shaving cream. Her straight razor is crazy sharp and get’s me the closest shave ever.
I look forward to my shave and leave feeling like a king.

Kristeena’s awesome! When I first met her, she was part of a local barbershop conglomerate. While there, she seemed to be the only one who cared about the quality of her work. And now on her own, I’ve stayed with her. Bottomline, she’s good at her job and has a fun personality. If you value quality haircuts, do yourself a favor and go see her!

As a male it’s sometimes difficult to find the balance in a barber of manly, but stylish. The only direction I gave her was «don’t make me look like I’m in the military» and I’m very happy with the results for my last few cuts with Kristeena. I just called for another appointment.

I got Kristeena for a pre-​wedding shave and cleanup. Totally wort it. It’s hard as the groom to sit there waiting and waiting with nothing to do but twiddle your thumbs… we are guys, we’re ready in five seconds. Having the shave and trim helps take the focus away, and man did it help me relax a bit. Kristeena puts a ton of effort into her work and it’s obvious she cares how you look, and how YOU care about how you look. Get it and don’t regret it!

Attention to detail. Passionate about her job and clients. Kristeena is one of the best barbers out there. She’s great with shaves and straight razor. Does all kinds of cuts. Isn’t fazed by anything I throw at her. Always very accommodating to my short notice appointments. Great person. Call her now for a cut!

No one else cuts my hair! Since I met Kristeena, I haven’t used anyone else. She’s efficient, consistent and takes appointments in advance.

I’ve been getting my haircut by Kristeena for sometime now and let me say wow! She is very skilled, listens and always delivers on the cut and look that I’m trying to achieve! She is also outstanding with straight razor shaves! The shave is relaxing to the point where I can fall asleep with a beard and wake up with a smooth face with no irritation! I went to Kristeena for the first time and I’ll be going with her permanently now. I chose a very nice combover fade with a hard part and it looks perfect. The fade is nice and tight, clean lines and a straight razor was used on my neck which felt great. I got a nice beard trimming while I was there too.
I would definitely recommend Kristeena to close friends and family. Legit cuts and she knows all the styles.
Also, I’d like to add that the staff at Peroxide were awesome, everyone smiled and acted like they were happy to have me visit. I’m going back in a couple weeks.
