I am a solo practioner and have been practicing bankruptcy law since 1986. I represent individuals, married couples, partnerships, and small corporations in bankruptcy, from pre-​planning through case conclusion, and after bankruptcy.

I graduated from Santa Clara Law School in 1984. While in law school, I spent one summer as a clerk for Justice Broussard of the California Supreme Court. After graduation, I spent a year as a research attorney for the Santa Clara County Superior Court. I then joined a law firm specializing in bankruptcy law.
