She was very courteous and made sure that each other was informed and accepting of what was going into the prenuptial agreement. Once again, Maria came through for me in ways I never could have expected. Not only was she meticulous to the facts of my case, but she was also attentive my needs as a father and to the needs of my children. Her quick response time coupled with her compassion was commendable. When the courts made an error that was NOT in my favor (an honest mistake, it just happens) Maria was quick to point out the exact error to the proper officials and help me to resolve my issue quickly. Maria’s interest and passion lie in understanding Family Law with amazing grace and she is a huge proponent of keeping families together. Maria is an anomoly in the business. She is truly a caring and compassionate individual. In any situation in family law there is much danger. Do not be mislead by any lawyer that tells you that what you do will have much effect on the judges ruling. There are biases, uncertainties and injustice everywhere in the system. If you listen to Maria, she does her best to let you know of this fact and works with you, (and your budget), on what it is you’d like to reasonably accomplish. Good Luck.
