The owner and manager of this body shop is phenomenal. Fantastically fair, very quick, and super sharp… also their prices are very reasonable I would recommend this body shop to anyone who needed a job well done, and at an unbeatable price!

Fabulous experience here. On time, on price, great work.
We only had to repair one fender and they promised it wouldn’t match without a more expensive blending. Warned me again and again — honesty!
And the car came back absolutely perfect. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I’ve brought my car here twice. The first time they did a fine job of replacing the bumper. I was told by the advisor, Tim, that he would offer me a repeat customer discount if I bring car back next time. Fast forward a year later I was involved in a major accident, over $ 13k in damages. I called Tim up and he remembered me and I told him I had major damages and if he was still going to honor the discount if I brought my car in and he said «yes». After his initial assessment, he told me that there were several parts that the insurance company would only pay for refurbish parts. I told him I wanted OEM and that since it was major repair, if he’s willing to cover the couple hundred to upgrade to OEM? He said yes. He said once I approve them to work on the car, he will have access to my insurance company’s website and he could «work his magic» to change the parts to OEM. Car was estimated to be completed in 2 weeks. When I called the day before estimated pick up I was told that there would be a delay. The repair was delayed for 2 more weeks! I was not informed of this until I called! I was also told that he wasn’t going to be able to get me OEM after he told me he would make it happen. My insurance only covered rental for 2 weeks because that ate up my coverage. Tim said he was sorry but additional 2 weeks was not his problem and I would have to pay for my rental the additional two weeks. (I ultimately argued that it was their problem and they eventually agreed to pay for the additional rental.)
A few days later, I get an abrupt email from Tim stating that he doesn’t work there anymore. Now I pick up my car and talk to Ed, the manager. He states that he wasn’t aware of what Tim told me and then said that Tim didn’t tell him about the promised discount and if he did, he would honor it. I asked if it’s true that they usually offer a discount to repeat customers? He said yes. I told him it’s not my problem that Tim didn’t keep him informed. Maybe it was Tim’s way of chaining me along and just bad business practice. But if they offer discounts for major repairs, why can’t he honor or offer it now? What difference does it make if Tim failed to tell him if they usually honor it?
I then get a bunch of b. s about how they are audited by the insurance company if they offer me a discount blah blah. Total BS! I could have insurance company cut me a check and I could pay them after the work is done. They are obligated to me as their customer and not collude with the insurance company. I suspect they took their time to add on hours to pad the final numbers. Regardless, in lieu of the discount, I was able to discuss and negotiate a minor paint job to a scratch that Ed said he would take care of. He asked me to call him back to schedule. I called back several times and each time he said his garage was too busy and to call back a few weeks later. After several excuses, I realized that he didn’t intend to honor the promise.
I received many promises but they ended up being lies. I thought the manager was an honorable man but it turned out he’s no better than his employees. Don’t make promises if you don’t intend to honor them.
I will not bring my car back and will not refer them to my friends and families. Greed and poor customer service are a bad combo!

I took my car here to get fixed after a truck hit my bumper. Ed was very friendly and efficient. My car was done before the time he said. It was easy to get a rental car since they are linked with Hertz and the whole process went smoothly. Hopefully, I do not need to go there again, but if I need any body work to my car again he will be my first choice. My car looked great and back to normal. Thanks Ed!

I’ve been bringing my CRV here for repair for the last 5 years and always Its Ed helping me. They have a quality of work and always did a fantastic job on my car. They finish the car on time as promised. I will give this shop a 6 stars! I would definitely recommend this shop for all body repairs!

I’ve needed PR’s service twice in the past five years or so. Each time, the experience has been smooth and friendly. Car troubles are always the pits, so I’m glad for such reliable help. As for their work, it’s top-​notch with no flaws.

A box flew off a tow truck and hit the front of our brand new Honda Pilot the second week of ownership. We couldn’t get the license plate in time of the truck so this meant paying the whole deductible to our insurance to get the repairs done, and this is two weeks right after paying for the whole car! John at Parker Robb helped us identify the most important parts to fix and which were just cosmetic, which they then fixed with genuine Honda parts for ¹⁄₃ of the total price. On top of this they were great in dealing with our insurance rep and giving us flexible pickup times. Thank you so much. Though we hope not to have any more damage to «Penelope,» our new Pilot, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back if we did!

Ed was extremely helpful in getting my car fixed. Parker-​Robb Collision Center is a great place to go if you need auto-​body work done. They are professional, easy to work with and above all reputable. I highly recommend them!

I found Parker Robb through my insurance company AAA, and have to say that I was completely satisfied with their customer service and the quality of their work. They worked directly with my agent at AAA, and arranged the tow and everything else that needed to be done and figured out. I got updated calls everyday regarding the status of my car. I was so impressed with their communication and customer service, and then when I picked up my car– it was like new!!! They did a great job.
I worked with Ed, and he was great!

Some moron side swiped my car at Skyline and Redwood Road in the Oakland hills –I will never stop looking for that vehicle– and I chose Parker Robb Body Shop from the insurance company’s web site to fix it because of their very convenient location. John at P.R. was nice and very helpful. Good communications and they did a wonderful job. My car is old so I did not have very high expectations but I wish I could have them repair and repaint my whole car. It looks beautiful.

I don’t usually write Unilocal reviews– this actually might be my first one.
EVERYONE at Parker Robb was phenomenal. I am the total unideal client– uninterested in cars, confused about what actually has to get done, I’m hard to reach… and when I dropped off my car using their convenient after hours drop off… I left my phone in the car.
They:
1. are VERY good with communication. At one point they could not get a hold of me and made a decision with regards to my car that was the most thoughtful and honest thing they could have done.
2. were beyond instrumental in explaining what they were were doing, how it needed to be done, what my options were, and what the costs were. They did not EVER pressure me one way or another. In three instances there were options that benefited them financially, etc, and in every instance they still described all of the options and ways to save money.
3. Let me know they were there after hours so I could pick up my phone.
4. Were fast and made my decade old Honda look like NEW.
5. gave me extremely good advice in regards to selling my car.
The place is convenient, friendly, and safe. I hopefully don’t have to be back any time soon, but I would recommend it.

I really can’t recommend these guys highly enough. I had an accident just before Christmas driving my daughter’s car. It is called being careless in a parking garage and I can’t believe that cement post did not see me coming. Anyway, I was left with signficant damage to left front end. Being diligent, I went to three repair shops in the area, and mindful of this was on my dime, I was looking for the best price and the bst quality. Parker Robb was the first place I went after reading the Unilocal reviews — yes I do read all the reviews. And, it should have been the last place. I really had no need to get other estimates. Their work is exceptional, and their price was significantly better than the others (I am talking more than 50% lower than one of them even after the other shop gave me a discount for paying myself). They were fast. The car was ready when they said it would be, actually even earlier. They called me the day before to tell me when it would be ready and then again that day to confirm it was actually done a bit earlier. They did not boost the price. Oh, and did I say the work was exceptional. I have had occasion over the years to deal with body shops. This is by far the best experience. You simply cannot go wrong. Save yourself some time and cash.

This body shop is great. My car was messed up, and they were able to fix it in 5 days when the insurance company quoted that it would take at least 10 days. The car looked amazing afterward, like I was driving it off the lot for the first time.
Admittedly, I can’t talk much about price since it was all done through insurance, and I didn’t have to pay, but the quality and overall experience were great.

Was involved in a minor accident a while back and had some body damage. Everything was being paid for through insurance besides the deductible so I will not comment on price here.
The staff that I spoke with over the phone and met in person were both friendly and sincere. They kept me up to date on what was going on with my car and issues that they found and what it meant. Service was timely and performed well.
I was unable to tell that my car was in an accident at all. Also, they gave my car a car wash and cleaned out the interior for me as well.
Great service, however, hopefully I won’t have to return again ever as that would mean my car was damaged again. Would highly recommend based off my experience.

OK, sorry, have to downgrade them to three stars based on price — they quoted me $ 500 for a repair that another shop (admittedly, in a more sketchy location) offered me $ 150 to do. I guess there’s that downtown Walnut Creek markup.
