Cooper is the man. Hooked me up with a new pump at a very fair price and did an A+ job hooking it all up. I don’t know a lot about pool equipment and cooper took his time explaining to me the pros and cons of my options and in the end got me up and running at a price I’m happy with.

Best pool service I’ve experienced. Cooper came and helped me out when my pool motor was noisy and filter not filtering properly. Timely, friendly, efficient, fair and most of all honest. Needed a little more than basic service, so we worked together with my budget and his time and got the job done so the motor runs smoothly and filters properly. Highly recommend!

I thought Pinnacle Pool repair service was great. We have had a leak for months and didn’t know where it was coming from He ran a check on the lines and found nothing (thank goodness!) but found a leak at the edge of the pool where the water goes into the skimmer. he repaired it and it’s so nice to not having the pool leak a good inch a day! Cooper was professional and took the time necessary to both check and repair.

I have called Pinnacle Pool twice and no response. I had clearly left a message for them to call back. The first message I had left Saturday and now it is Wednesday evening. Even if you are busy call back! Does not take much!
I have never changed my opinion about a review, however, since my last review Pinnacle Pool has contacted me to understand how they can help. I had a good first discussion with one of the owners and only a few days later Cooper came by and looked at our Pool leak. He found the problem fairly quickly and I believe most of the damage has been repaired. I lost more than one inch of water per day and Cooper took a lot of time to check various possible causes. I got to know Cooper as very trustworthy and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the progress so far.

Cooper was so responsive and very professional. We badly needed a pool inspection and contacted Cooper. He showed up on time and was extremely thorough with his inspection around the entire pool, including getting in the water to see what was happening. Following the inspection Cooper took his time to walk us through every part of our pool and explain all areas of concern from big to small. He also offered to drop by on his own time to address any concerns we have in the future — how many people do you know who go above and beyond like this? Cooper is very courteous and professional, and he follows through with his promises. I highly recommend Cooper for any of your pool needs.

Coopers is your guy. He is wonderful. We found him on Unilocal because we needed to perform a start up process after replactering our pool. We took a chance with Cooper after reading all the reviews and couldn’t be happier. He is honest, professional, knowelegable and has great customer service skills. Because of his knowledge we were able to start using pool sooner then we anticipated. Which makes a huge difference in the summer. Now if I need anything done with my pool or a hot tub he is the first on my mind. Definitely recommend.

I went through two other pool professionals before finding Cooper. And these reviews were right. Cooper is smart, experienced and honest. These are things you want in a professional. Cooper could have very well tripled his estimate. He knows we know nothing about pools and pool leaks. But he didn’t. He charged a fair amount and did the job properly and on time. I purchased a house with a pool and will be the first to admit that prior to owning this pool knew nothing about pool care or maintenance. Due to the age of our pool and wear and tear we have noticed in the grout, I contacted Pinnacle Pool to in hopes of them providing guidance around whether or not I needed to replace the mastic I had done as part of a DIY project last summer and advice around replacing/​repairing the grout. Cooper called me the same day I left a message and came to my home to look at my pool less than 24 hours later. Cooper spent a lot of time looking over the areas where we had concerns and gave us great advice about how to protect and treat our pool going forward. Both my husband and I were truly impressed with Cooper’s knowledge and willingness to assist.

I called Pinnacle when my pool pump started screeching. I talked with Cooper and we made an appointment for a couple days later. On the phone he told me the cost to replace and said he would come by to verify I needed to replace the pump. He came by at the time specified and let me know he could replace the pump.
Cooper replaced the pump but the suction was not performing as expected. We made another appointment and he again was right on time. He had a great attitude and was determined to resolve the issue. He researched the pumps and installed a new pump. He also repainted the PVC pipes and followed up with a call to verify the pump was working properly and to my satisfaction.
If I have any other problems, Cooper will be the first person I call. It was a real pleasure and refreshing to work with a contractor who was on time and did what was agreed upon and even went beyond in level of service and commitment.

Cooper at Pinnacle Pool is great! Having just moved into a new home with a pool and knowing nothing at all about pools, he has been a godsend.
He has replaced a spa bulb for me at a fraction of the cost of other companies (who told me the whole fixture would need replaced) saving me hundreds of dollars. He has also detected many leaks and has given me great, honest advice on my broken filter regarding how I could get it fixed with my home warranty (which I wouldn’t even have thought about without Cooper). He comes every week and services the pool as well and it always looks fantastic once he has been.
Overall he came out to see us super quickly after our first call, is very friendly, has given me an invaluable education about pools and saved me lots of money. His monthly charge for maintaining the pool is also very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

I have called on Pinacle Pool to help me with my pool many times, for everything from killing algae, to leak detection, and they have always been very professional, and provided me with the best service.
I recently referred them to my in-​laws because their pool was leaking. Cooper found the leak, replaced the pipes, and then installed a variable speed pool pump. The pool does not leak, and they are saving around $ 100 a month with the recent upgrade to the pool pump.
