Once again, my SA Andy Hwang delivered outstanding service during the entire sales process from ordering to final delivery. He proactively provided me with status updates throughout the production of the vehicle. Also a big shout out to the finance department who processed the paperwork in like 15 minutes! Super efficient with no hassles! Now I have a beautiful Carrara White Porsche in my garage that puts a smile on my face every time I see it. I appreciate his no pressure and collaborative sales approach to create the perfect car for me. Thank You Andy!

It really doesn’t get better than Gary @ Porsche W.C. He goes above and beyond for his clients and I am more amazed each and every time I deal with him.

Don’t judge a Porsche buyer by the clothes they wear. Come on, this is California. This is the Bay Area. This post dot-​com. These guys should know that just because a person shows up looking like a schlub, doesn’t mean they don’t have money.
These guys didn’t give my husband the time of day, didn’t offer him a test drive, didn’t take him seriously when he told them what he was looking for, and … they lost out on a sale.
We ended up purchasing through a private party, but because Livermore Porsche treated him so well when he looked there, they will get all our servicing business. It’s a much farther drive, but it’s worth it to us not to take our business to Walnut Creek Porsche.
Unless you’re a white old man in a suit, don’t expect to be treated with respect at Walnut Creek Porsche.
