Service was great! Driver was very helpful and pleasant. Car was very clean and comfortable. He was on time and got us to the airport with time to spare. The price was cheaper than the shuttle and a MUCH better experience than taking a shuttle. I would definitely recommend and use this company again.

This was my first time using this company for a R/​T from Blackhawk to SFO and I will definitely use them again. They were timely on both ends. I really appreciated the confirmation text that was sent to me the day before my departure which provided me with a sense of comfort and stopped me from worrying if they would show up the next day. I have experienced a no-​show with another local company for a trip to the airport, so that message really provided me with a sense of relief. I also received a text that morning again confirming the details. Again on my return, a confirmation text was sent the day before my pickup. Jon was at the airport waiting for me right after I cleared through customs and picked up my luggage. I highly recommend this company.

This was my first time using this company and certainly won’t be the last! After reading all the positives reviews, I decided to book them at the last minute to pick up my international guests from SFO today. Jon went above & beyond to make sure everything ran as smooth as possible and stayed in constant contact with me. My guests thoroughly enjoyed the ride, and raved about how friendly & personable he was too. Definitely give them a try… you won’t be disappointed!
Update: we used Jon again for the same international guests 8 days later to return to SFO. I forgot to advise him that they had double the luggage (a week of shopping) but somehow he managed to make it work on the spot, without any hassle! I’ve used so many limo companies in my line of work but this guy is simply the best! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Also, thanks to everyone who gave him good reviews on Unilocal… otherwise I may have never found him.

We used Mike and his town car service for the first time last Saturday for a pickup at SFO. In a word, he is terrific! He communicates with you continuously as soon as you land. Pickup at the SFO curb was painless. The car Mike used was spotless. The cost was very reasonable. In addition to all this, Mike is a great guy with a lot of stories to relate. All in all, a thoroughly pleasant experience. You cannot go wrong.

I booked Jon and his company last minute a few weeks ago because I needed a safe ride for my daughter and her friend after a concert. It was such a good experience that I booked him for my daughter’s Sweet 16 birthday last Friday. I have to tell you… this company is class act all the way! Jon was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the phone for the booking process, and I felt very comfortable having his driver take 6 girls into SF for a night of safe fun! Bob, our driver, was beyond awesome! He made the girls feel very safe and let them play the music as loud as they wanted! He took them to fun stops in the city to take pics, and was very courteous when I called to check in throughout the night. He was the best! I really can’t tell you how happy I am with the service they provided that night! If you ever have a need for a car service, I’m telling you… call Jon! You won’t be disappointed!

I usually take BART to and from the airport /​Walnut Creek. the hassle of dealing with a driver, their attitude, etc isn’t worth the cost. But we were flying in form the East coast at midnight. I had no choice but to call a car service. John was fantastic. right there when we needed him. Great ride home and he just an overall really nice guy!

Had a great experience on Mother’s Day in a town-​car! What a personable driver Charles was and he went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of! We did a Napa wine day and he was punctual when we called him after each tasting! We felt comfortable knowing we could drink and not worry about driving! Just had our wedding 3 days ago. Hired Jon’s company for a one way transit to the venue for me and my ladies. Bob, our driver was awesome. We had to change our pick up location last minute and he had no problem in doing so. Not to mention their quote was almost half of the initial quotes I received. I had long ago written off Limo services as businesses either run by large corporations that do not really care or small time operators that just can’t take care of you. Drivers that are super pretentious for super pretentious people. Based on past bad experiences.
So, I had an upcoming Harvest Party at a favorite winery. Hmmmm… drive home drunk? Not an option. Not drink? Not an option. Book a room for a gazillion dollars? Not an option. Limo service??? *heavy sigh* okay, I guess…
A quick Unilocal search revealed a couple of smaller Local options. I like trying to keep my money in town when I can. Filled out Pro Driver’s «Quote» form on the website and John called within a half-​day. Booked the town car weeks in advance not knowing what to expect.
Charles, the driver, called to confirm location and time, prior to the event. Pick was early, the drive was smooth, Charles was excellent as was the car, ride home was relaxing.
So it suddenly hit me – I had another Harvest Party to go to why the hell drive. With less than 4 days notice John accommodated me again without any issues.
Service excellence = repeat booking. Pro Driver will be driving us to Cirque du Soleil in November. Not just service excellence, but extremely no hassle service excellence at a fair price.

This review is based on customer service alone since we originally booked a charter with Jon at Pro Driver, however needed a larger SUV accommodate our party which had to add a few more people last minute. Jon, who I believe is the owner of Pro Driver, was very helpful in referring and booking this for my company with A & H Limo who they partner with. Both companies seem like a smaller business, but it didn’t feel like it with the amount of attention and customer service they provided.
Just from point of contact alone when I was inquiring about a quote, Jon tailored a clean quote sheet and response email within a few hours. I appreciate good customer service and will always be willing to pay a little more just to have that, also coming from a small business myself I’ll always return the favor and support another!
