We worked with Projects A to Z on our Korean fusion restaurant in South San Francisco in 2014 and were very happy with the support and guidance from the Projects A to Z team. John and Zan where great throughout the entire engagement of our challenging project. The planning and building department in SSF is known for its strict enforcement of building code requirements. However, John and Zan were on top of it throughout each step of our project and were patient with our many design change requests. For example, John made multiple trips to the SSF planning department to challenge building code interpretations while Zan provided numerous options and design adjustments as our project changed. We would recommend them for their combination of expertise, diligence, patience, and honesty.

Your response back to me explains who you really are and tells potential customers how they will be treated. It is not very smart from a business owner to respond the way you did to a customer who spent enough money with you and you lied twice at !!!
As you can see, I did not rush into responding back to your comment because I have no time to waste on you anymore.
I am still waiting for an apology from you for lying to me 2 times about the presence of an architect.
Hey, great job keep collecting documents. I don’t have to collect much to face you in court. I have enough form 4 leafs, the city office and written emails.

This company guided me through a process I was not accustomed to. I appreciated there knowledge and guidance. The fees were nominal and I have been able to move forward with a professional and distinctive project.

Projects A to Z helped design my new Shave Ice shop in San Jose. The entire design team from Ruby and Zan were awesome. It was amazing how quickly we worked together to make my vision a reality. The process was quick, painless, and effective. My architect was able to take the renderings and make permit ready plans quickly. They were also amazing at checking in during the course of my construction to make sure things were going well. 5 star company and service.

My sister made a mistake hiring these guys to prepare tenant improvement plans for a business we own together.
I really don’t know where to start. It is a huge disappointing. Their work is ridiculous and they blame everyone else for it except themselves. These guys are extremely dishonest. The would lie flat in your face and tell you that a licensed architect is overseeing your project while there is no architect involved at all.
Besides all that they have too much attitude. The minute they requested form us to pay the balance on the project while the project is no where near to be done we knew that they are there mainly for the money.
Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. If you end up with a problem because of their poor work which is very likely to happen there will not be a manager or an owner to speak to.
Very, very strange business. Our experience was more than horrible.

Zan the interior designer is in one word AWESOME!
She is very creative, professional and works hard until your project is perfect.

Their rates are very affordable and the work is worth well over what you pay.
