Hi, My goal by creating this page is to expand our customer serivice. While many of our customers have great experiences, some don’t, and we apologize for that. I want to let our customers know that we do the best we can, many times under circumstances that aren’t ideal. Sometimes despite ordering products, we may not receive them for months with no explanation. This could be because of reformulation, stock issues, vendor issues, packaging issues, or it may simply be out of stock. Sometimes we are alone at the store and it gets busy, and though everyone deserves attentive help, we apologize if we cannot give you the time and attention you deserve. We also realize there have been computer issues and small bumps along the way. I just want to say «THANK YOU». We know your frustrations and concerns and hope that we can take the disspointments and turn them into a better experience. We will do the best we can to find the product that fits you.
