Great store and lots of talented artists displaying their crafts. I’ve bought a number of favorite pieces here not only for my wedding. Business and home. When I moved to Texas they bought a number of items from me to stock their display. stuff I owned not stuff I purchased from them previously. Love shabby chic on. main

Wow! This place has everything you can imagine for the collector or home decorator. Great prices, very reasonable. Friendly staff who make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. It’s like being at your favorite great aunt Betty’s attic, but without the dust and spiderwebs. I will go back definitely. Check them out!

Cute store with unique antique furniture and knock knacks. They have new stuff all the time. My sister has gotten some very cute furniture pioeces here and was very satidfied. Definitely worth checking out.

Best customer service! I was not sure of what I would find nor was I prepared to make all the decisions. I am filling a 5 bedroom, 1863 farm house in Petaluma and this was the place for all the furniture and accents, lighting etc. When I walked in Sarbi took over. She and Deepa found every item I needed, Anne kept track of all of it (over 20 items from dressers to tables) Sarbi and Omar figured out how to load up my van so I could get away with one trip. It was fast, fun and the items are fabulous. Best shopping expereince I have ever had. I love supporting local business and artists. The prices are comparable to craigs list and the items were in perfect condition! It was worth the hour trek over! Great Job!

I discovered Shabby Creek the other day through an ad on Craigslist. So happy to have found them!
I bought a beautiful dresser, candle holders, lamps and other really cute unique antiques.
The staff was very welcoming. The prices were also reasonable.

I found this perfect black buffet table for a corner space featured on craigslist, but it looked even better in person. The refurbishing job was great!
When my bf and I arrived, they were having a little wine and hors d’oeuvres event that Saturday with a raffle every 15 minutes. Everyone in the store was in good spirits including other customers. The sales associates were very helpful. We indulged in some of their gourmet snacks and browsed the shop for anything else to embellish our home with. I saw a lot of antique stuff like vessels for perfume, bar accessories, art, jewelry and more décor. Shabby Creek is like a retro Home Goods with unique, special pieces.
Whoever Kara is, she does a fine job refurbishing the furniture with faux finishes and finding cute vintage trinkets in the store. I wish this store were closer. It’s definitely worth the trip from the Peninsula if something strikes your fancy!

I went here with my friend just today. it’s located more towards Pleasant Hill and not so much the shopping area of downtown Walnut Creek. This isn’t a place that you happen to encounter strolling by; everyone there seemed to have every intention of going there.
I’ve only been to one other antique shop (Henley’s in Concord) and I prefer this place. That mainly has to do with my overall taste. There are more items available at Shabby Creek On Main that I would purchase to incorporate into my room. It’s more organized and easier on the eyes.
As for the assortment, these are what stood out to me (in memory):

— hair brushes
. and much more.
There’s a feeling that I really love about going to these places. It’s nice to see things that are vintage-​esque. Overall, our trek there was well worth it. I think I will come again. :)

If you love shabby chic and the color white. this is the place for you! This is a very cute store with lots of white furniture, vintage perfume bottles, jewelry, dishes, etc.
I was surprised with a necklace that I fell in love with at this store. I love my necklace!
The only bad thing about this store is their location is a bit hidden. If you are not looking for this store it’s easy to miss it.

Wonderful selection of restored furniture! Great quality and great price. Was looking for a dresser all over Oakland Berkeley and Emeryville, couldn’t find anything close to what I had envisioned. Walked into Shabby Creek and instantly had a tough time trying to figure out which piece I wanted to take home. The colors are fun and beautiful. When you try to find used furniture usually it’s a project, you think «o well if I sand this or paint that» but at Shabby Creek they already do it for you! The ladies were super nice but also not overwhelming, they were down to let me wander around the store with out bugging me or making me feel weird about going looking at a piece a few times, but are super helpful if you ask them. Great place for vintage but not a fixer upper furniture.

Some of the designers are truly talented. It seems like the whole is definitely a sum of its parts and the creativity comes from the individual vendors in the shop.
Individual vendors seem to work diligently at original ideas. Originality and inner creativity is a commodity these days. I shop at all the stores in the area when making the trek thru the tunnel. :))

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!
When I step into this store, I feel like I have died and gone to heaven. It is filled with so many vintage, re-​purposed, and antique one of a kind items. To see everything would take over an hour (and it is not a big store). The last time I was there, a woman happily commented to me that it was sensory overload — lol! There is a comforting feel about being in the store — it literally transports you.
I do stop by frequently, and am surprised at how many new items has been added between my visits, and sadly, how many great things I was tempted to buy are gone. If you see something you like, you really need to purchase it, or it will probably be gone when you come back. The items I have purchased included a beautiful picture of a scene in Paris (where I was born) and a couple china plates to add to my mixed china place settings. Items I wish I had purchased but were gone when I came back: a three-​tiered wooden tray and a couple different wooden wall art pieces that had sayings on them. A few interesting pieces: cake plate stands/​soap dishes made from china plates and crystal candle holders (beautiful!) and name place holders made from antique salt and pepper shakers and wire.
The store is filled with items from multiple vendors, so pricing will range from very-​well priced to perhaps a little over-​priced. Most of the furniture is very reasonably priced considering how much work went into repurposing it. Good selection of furniture, jewelry, wall art, china, decorator items, linens, etc. Although I have never indulged when I have been there, they have had coffee, popcorn, cookies, or some other kind of treat available to customers (most likely for the poor husbands that have been dragged in there). The ladies that work there are nice and ask if you need help, but will let you look on your own as well.
The only downside to this store is they are only open Th-​Sun.
Can’t wait to visit again!

Shop with caution! The vendor I worked with is Fabulous! But… the woman that answers the phone and processes your purchase is rude and drove me away from ever purchasing there in the future! She says you have 10 business days to pick up your item, but they are only open Thurs-​Sun. I merely tried to negotiate a few more days and the woman freaked out on the phone and hung up on me! What a shame! Will not recommend.

This store is incredible! Not only do they have the most beautiful furniture that is painted so perfect they are so very kind and helpful! They also have that special gift you may want to give to a friend or a family member, they have things you would not find anywhere else. I try and go every week as they have so many new things everyday. You can’t beat their prices for what you get, plus we are recycling and saving our earth! Take an hour to go and see I promise you will love it.

I pass this place often on my way to 24 Hour Fitness and finally had the chance to stop in last Sunday. It’s got a beautiful mix of antique, vintage and vintage inspired wares from a variety of sellers. I saw so many unique paintings, decorations and even furniture that was reasonably priced. Super friendly staff who welcomed us in, pointed out how they are set up and encouraged us to look around.
New items come in regularly, I believe. On the day I visited, I had in a mind a particular sized painting-​either framed or canvas for a certain wall space. They didn’t happen to have it, but I saw plenty of other beautiful decorations that my budget, right now, won’t allow for.
If you are looking to add a bit of vintage charm to your home, stop here first. They have a beautiful selection, great prices and are a wonderful local business to support!

Oh… My… Gosh… I love this place!!!
God has answered my prayers and gifted myself, as well as other décor lovers, with this most incredibly, heaven sent charming boutique– equipped with items you can only dream about.
As soon as I caught a glimpse of this place while driving down main, I knew I HAD to whip around and check out the beautiful chaos. I also knew I had to take precaution and not run over anyone while u-​turning back to park in their parking lot :)
Located in a less shabby area of walnut creek, this place is certainly endearing to say the least. Seriously, this place is any Interior Designer or wannabe Interior Designers dream! I know it’s mine! Stock full of the absolutely most authentic, non– cookie cutter, hard to find items– full of character and charm, that you can guarantee will warm up just about any room… or backyard.
The prices are also quite reasonable considering the W.C. Zip code, as well. Lots of vintage and french boutique like décor… definitely my new playground :)
You want to fill your house with exquisitely unique, great conversational pieces that no one will find anywhere else? This creek is where its at!!!
Open only Thursday– Friday– Saturday… Which is probably a good thing :)

These ladies are wonderful! Great little shop run by the ladies who have space there. Super friendly, fun finds, reasonable prices! you can not buy new for the price of these old pieces that have been upcycled, a cute unique way to make your space your own! found a great dresser there, they even helped me get it home. one of my favorite businesses in walnut creek!
Also, the caramels they sell at the register are DIVINE! And you get to support another local business by picking up a bag. Win-​win!

Surprisingly good stuff in this store. The staff is super friendly and the prices are totally reasonable. I was able to get a great tiffany-​style lamp for 60 bucks (normally they’re double or triple that cost) and a cute little side table. The ladies went out of their way to fit that side table in my tiny car. Bonus!
They offer free coffee and doughnuts and apparently their stock rotates a lot. I’ll be back.

This place is great! There are different areas rented out by sellers, so each section has unique items and prices. The items vary, but there are cute little tea cups, vintage metal signs, and fun housewares, to name a few. Anyone that likes antiques or vintage should check this place out. Reasonable prices and complimentary coffee. The staff is very friendly too! :)
