Beyond the schooling offered, we have learned tricks of the trade that have allowed us to succeed where most fail. Technical dye stain removal is common for us.

We use Eco friendly, child safe, and hypo allergenic detergents, are well versed in their compatibility (for your safety), that rinse out completely with our manufacturer approved hot water extraction process and promote longevity in your cleaning. We also offer a green product line that also completely rinses out, is manufacturer approved, and leaves you with an original, fresh, and soft feel and zero Residue.

History

Established in 1987.

I started the business after being employeed as a technician by a «fly by night» company prior. The consumer would answer a low cost enticing ad (bait and switch). Our duty was to increase job costs as much as possible, without getting kicked out of the house (commissions), do as little as possible, get to the next one, and do it all over again. The techs that did this the best, regardless of the customers needs, were offered cream of the crop jobs so the office manager was assured his highest commission rate (greed). It didn’t sit well with me and I quit! But a really good thing came of it and inspired me to start my own business with a different theory, this one:

Business Owner

I grew up in Lafayette and attended Acalanes High School, then DVC. After graduating from there, I chose to work. I was offered a position opening and managing a large retail furniture store in Dublin called «The Saw Mill». After years of managing and additional schooling, I realized my bigger potential as a business owner and moved toward that. After failing a few times, but still full of confidence, I took a break from the dream to regroup before I attempted to set the world on fire again. While I was looking for something to do, I started cleaning carpets for a company. With related winter flood work, it seemed to be steady all year around work (unlike most contracting work). After discovering the poor management qualities and business model offered, again I struck out on my own using the cleaning concept as the new dream business idea. I’ve been living the dream now for 23 years. Thank you for your support.
