Chad was great to say the least. Talked me through options and was amazingly quick to come out and tackle the project. Installed a back-​up camera in our EuroVan– took the extra time to carefully take apart and put back together what looked like some seriously complicated pieces, showed us how it worked and he even adjusted our stereo/​speakers for better quality sound. Highly recommend Chad and will defiantly use him again!

Chad did a great job for me in quick fasion (Installed new back up camerea and stereo in my SUV), he was 5 minutes early, came with some extra parts that I did not know I needed and was very knowledgeable. The best service I could of hoped for and only will use him
in the future.

Another 5 star review. Chad was great. I replaced the old factory stereo with a new stereo and bluetooth setup, iPhone cord, etc. I’ve only had it for a few days but everything works, sounds, and looks great.
Chad was easy to work with, on-​time, knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly. Chad explained how everything worked and took the extra time to make sure that everything was set up perfectly. His pricing is competitive, even more so since he came to the house.

Chad did a great job on replacing my factory stereo. Prices were good, and he came to the house, so I could just keep working while he did. Some installation kit parts took longer than expected to acquire, but Chad kept me informed of the progress. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend him without hesitation.

Admittedly I should have written this a while ago. About a year ago Chad installed a car alarm for me and got a the best deal I could find. Was able to have it installed at my office. Even gives a guarantee on his work for the life of the car.

Chad is the man!!! He installed a new stereo in my car and I t was very cheap and I absolutely loved it. I liked it so much I asked him if he could put a subwoofer in my car! He responded back very quickly about estimates etc! Put the new subwoofer in very nicely. Go to Chad. You won’t regret it!

Chad left a few hours ago and I’m still laughing at how good of a job he did. He installed a deck, an amp, speakers, and a full front dash kit. Took him about 3 hours, and his price was so modest that I was obliged to give him extra. The work is professional to the T. Do yourself a favor — if you need car stereo install services, please skip Best Buy and those big box stores… reach out to Chad and his company StereoGuyz. He’s good as it gets. And I should note, his 5 star reviews seems to be a pattern… there’s a reason for that.

I purchased a stereo for my son for Christmas. He had a complicated stock stereo that required a special dash kit. Chad worked with me to make sure what I purchased was compatible with my son’s car. He was responsive, friendly and completed the job in about 45 minutes. Highly recommend! !

I have a 76 tahiti hawaiian jet boat. Not alot of room i bought my own deck amps amd subs. I was refered to stereo guyz. So i called left message. Chad got back to me and i explained i wanted the wiring done on the boat and just an idea on hiw to mount the deck he siad no problem he was busy and would make sure that he had it completed before i hit berryessa wed. So he came yesterday to the house i was at work he and i text to get everything done thw way i wanted… now i wanted him to leave some work for me i had to put the box under the bow it was huge… and hook up the amp. I came home last night all the wires were labeled for me i put box in amd amp… turned on the cust switch he made amd wammo… waiting for the marine 6×9 chad got me a hella deal on with boxes Monday stereo will be complete… thanks for the perfect birthday gift… pics to come

On my old car, it was going to be a «tough» installation according to most of the shops I visited. Fry’s wouldn’t even touch it.
Chad was: On time. Less expensive. Neat. Inventive. Friendly. Informative. The new stereo works perfectly.
And, when was the last time you paid less than the estimate?

As with others, I had bought a stereo for my wifes car and got the jacked up quote from the big box stores because I didn’t buy it from them…
” we dont know if its compatible with your car…“
What a crock. I know a lil’ sumthin about audio but I also know when to punt and whereas I had the gear correct, I wasn’t about to rip apart my wifes dash to prove my manhood.
Chad is the MAN! He had the stereo installed, clean, not fuss working perfect in about90 mins. So worth the low rate he charged.

Chad did an excellent job installing my car stereo. His attention to detail was impeccable. He addressed issues to my current radio installation and fixed them. I couldn’t be more happier with the end result. Will definitely call him again for more work.

I am SO happy with my new stereo! Chad was so awesome to work with and was super accommodating of my schedule. He even came to where I worked which was so convenient. I know nothing about cars and he gave me recommendations for what would be best for my car and I literally could not be happier! I just bought a 2014 Toyota Tacoma and as to be expected the truck came with speakers that were less than spectacular. I googled car stereo shops in Walnut Creek and to my surprise there wasn’t much to be found. That’s when I found the Stereo Guyz on Unilocal and gave them a call. I explained to Chad that I was looking to upgrade my speakers and maybe get a small amp to boost the power.
He came by and took a look at my truck and then emailed me some recommendation on speakers and an amp. His pricing was very reasonable. He showed up the next day right on time and finished the work in the two hours that he said it would take him.
My stereo sounds great and Chad accomplished both of my goals — «Have the stereo sound great» and «Have the music loud enough so I can’t hear myself sing». He accomplished both.
I highly recommend Chad for any work you need to have done on your car or truck.

I bought a new car stereo for my wife along with all the cables, the dash kit and the SiriusXM add on for the stereo. I purchased everything online to save money and was thinking I would try the installation myself. My wife said «honey you are great with computers but this is probably something you should have a professional do».
I called around to a couple of different places, I wont name any names but the first place I called said «since you decided to buy everything online and not through us we are going to charge you our full rate of $ 265 an hour and we cant guarantee that you have the right parts» so the search continued. I called a couple other places and most gave me the same song and dance. To top it off they all told me that since I didn’t buy the gear through them I can schedule an appointment but my installation would fall behind any other installs where the people purchased the equipment through them. I finally called Stereo Guyz.
Chad answered the phone right away and was very polite. I let him know what type of stereo I had and that I purchased everything online. He said no problem he would be happy to do the installation. I asked if I should make an appointment and where I should bring the car. He said he would come to us and when did I want to have the system installed? I was blown away by that and even more so when I asked the cost!
I scheduled a time (on a Saturday no less and the price didn’t go up). He arrived exactly on time and again was polite and answered all my questions. I left him to his work and about an hour later there was a knock on the garage door and he was finished. He sat with my wife and I and explained how the stereo worked, helped her pair her phone to the Bluetooth and made sure she knew how to get to everything. He did a very clean installation that was professional and he definitely knew what he was doing.
Stereo Guyz was not the first place I called but I will now only have work done by Chad and I am glad they were the last place I called. I am happy to give Stereo Guyz 5 stars.
