Chris David is the man, he took care of my car and got everything wrapped up quicker than he told me it would be done. Servicing a car can be a huge inconvenience to the day but at Toyota walnut creek they are fast and affordable, can’t thank the guys there enough, plus the staff is all very friendly, they treated me like I used to work there or something, great bunch of people.

Danny Thomas made buying a car easy! It did not take the usual 5 hours to buy a car! I am totally satisfied with my experience!

I really wish the process of picking up and dropping off a rental were better. The wait is always ridiculous & they only have one person helping out with rentals. I love renting here but wish this whole process were better.

Got my car serviced here on a Saturday. I had an appointment and it still took over four hours. Yikes.
I get that car shops are busiest on Saturdays, but if you know it’s backed up, don’t give me an estimate of «two hours“on the phone.
Then, less than a week later, I start hearing a noise I’ve never heard before from under the hood. They offer to let me bring it back in and they’ll check it right away. Great!
Not so much. When I got there, the line for service was out of the parking lot. Yikes again.
Given that they likely initiated the issue, I’m not keeping my hopes up that they will actually fix it this time. But at least I’m wasting another day.

Went in today for my 10k service at 6 am and the service was complete in 45 minutes! I was in disbelief! I has prepped myself for being there for 2 hours or more. I drive all the way from Vacaville to this dealership because it’s the best! They even hooked me up w/​The Buttercup like a block or two away for free coffee and amazing coffee cake! I believe the man who helped me was Dave/​David. I’ll have to check my business card. Thanks, WC Toyota!

My son needed an inverter pump for his Prius that he had just bought. They were open late and were very helpful. Great experience for my son with his first car and trying to do the repairs himself to save money.

Toyota of Walnut Creek is a stand up dealership. They’re accountable, ethical, and they go out of their way to please. After an unfortunate experience, I expressed my frustrations here on Unilocal.Their management and team wasted no time and responded immediately.
I truly appreciate their hands on attitude and desire to make everything better. I was contacted by multiple managers; Ken immediately reached out and apologized, also offering to look at my tires without charge. Guest services specialist Natalie also assisted me with my visit and ensured my experience was 5 star. She was super sweet and attentive, she also answered all my questions and followed up well. A service supervisor named Tiffany was also quick to contact me and express her concern with my experience. So many people at this location played a part in turning my entire experience around.
The service and parts specialist (Chris) who I initially dealt with also called to apologize and offer his help. Having someone take full accountability and genuinely offer to make it right is the most humbling act. It shows their true character and I deeply appreciate the gesture.
Toyota of Walnut Creek made things right again. They inspected my car, found the problem, and took care of it all in one day. Upon picking up my vehicle, the tires were rotated and balanced correctly. They found the reasons why it was vibrating and pulling, and made my entire experience stress free. I can say that I was at a total loss for words. I am blown away by their customer service. Everyone makes mistakes, but hardly anyone ever makes it right.
Knowing that I am in such good hands, I feel comfortable referring others to this location. Thank you Walnut Creek Toyota for making me feel valued.

Had my car serviced today, and was so great! Was treated like a queen, and offered refreshments while I waited. David was an excellent service advisor for my visit.

Businesses have a right to make a profit, but the service area of WC Toyota is not looking for a profit, they are looking to MAUL YOU LIKE A BEAR.
Apparently, especially if you are a Woman/​Mom coming in to drop off a car for a repair.
My ex-​wife brought our daughters’ accessible wheelchair Van to have it serviced. It’s a 2004 Toyota Sienna van that we spent over $ 50k when purchased new, that was outfitted to accommodate a wheelchair user.
The service advisor (Will Haley) attempted to charge $ 620.00 to replace the «rear tailgate shocks.»
I’m a giving person, but even with a 5x markup of the part cost on Amazon ($ 30 for the two), which after 5x would be aprox $ 150, I’m still left with a sense of wonderment as to how to make this equal $ 620, including labor.
I’ve done this job in the past and also checked online and found a Utube where a well spoken Woman named Carol Duvall, who appears to be a in her 40s, does the swap in a total of 10 minutes.
So based on this quote (which includes a 5x part markup — based on Amazon’s retail price), we are still left with the remainder of the $ 620 and how $ 470 is arrived at.
Later in the day Will returned my call to tell me he had made a mistake on the rear tailgate shock and told me it was not $ 620, but instead was a total of $ 310.
I told him I had the written estimate which clearly stated $ 620 and asked how a mistake like this could happen.
He said it was a kit that includes both sides and he mistakenly selected two.
And $ 620 didn’t sound a little high to you Will when you wrote up the paper work? Really? Seriously?
Sorry, but I began to feel insulted.
I asked Will what his «part cost» was and he said $ 251.00. When I asked if that was his part cost or «part cost plus markup», he said it included the markup. I then asked for just the «cost» and he quoted $ 151.00.
He then interjected with telling me about the transmission drain plug having a leak and that it could be expensive (because the drain plug bolts often get stripped).
I asked that we stay on topic with the rear door shocks…
Ok, the conversation just moved from insulting me to trying to play/(F – ) with me (not a good tactic).
I then asked how much labor time he was estimating and he said it should take a qualified technician 30 mins to replace the rear door shocks. When I asked him his hourly labor rate he told me it was $ 160 per hour.
Long story short, his labor quote almost makes sense, but the total cost including the markup does not.
Not at $ 620 and not at $ 310.
Again, companies are entitled to earn a profit on what they do. Businesses would not exist otherwise.
However, even after «the error» being amended above — Walnut Creek Toyota is still charging an outrageous sum for such a simple task.
Walnut Creek Toyota does not pay retail pieces for their parts, so for me to estimate a 5x markup is likely conservative (and the actual markup likely is higher).
Walnut Creek Toyota — if you want customers to come to you, you need your story, pricing and value proposition to make sense.
Today it does not. And today you did not win.
To the owners and managers at Walnut Creek Toyota, you are clearly putting your service advisors in a position where they are under extreme pressure to make their daily numbers.
I await the canned response from the service area asking to talk further and I will be happy to meet with people at the dealership to discus.
In the mean time. You will not get an opportunity for my business.

I am always very happy with my experience at Totota Walnut Creek. Today was even more exceptional. Natalie in Guest Services is amazing! She coordinated my tint at East Bay Auto Spa, walked me down to them, made sure everything was taken care of, and even looked up a nail spa for me close by and had me shuttled there while I wait. She was very friendly and sincere.

–UPDATE— Received an email from Toyota (Tiffany) and at this point I’m not sure if it’s me or if everyone else is outright insane. I secured the coverage I was told to get (rideshare).
I called numerous times and was told, «We have sent your paperwork in».
Tiffany states rideshare was not the correct insurance. She spoke with the Davis Team and was advised I was told differently. The same people who have NOT returned a call nor an e-​mail.
Very shady and unprofessional

Where to begin. Do not visit here for leasing options through Xchange for Über.
I picked out a car and secured insurance in one day. Emailed the letter, than emailed the
Declaration letter the next day. Each time I called, was given– we will call you back. After a week, I emailed Über it find out theses dummies at Toyota Walnut Creek had leased the car to someone else!!!
Über stated this had never happened before. Unprofessional — so now I have insurance and a bill due for a car leased to someone else

You and I spoke regarding the Farmers faxed endorsement that was still not correct. I sent our recorded conversation to operations so they without question could directly address your issue and questions. X/​Change advised me they would take over and to wait for YOUR CALL as to what insurance you would be using. I was off work on Sunday & Monday receiving your voice message on Tuesday. I was going to just check in with both you and X/​Change Leasing until your Unilocal was brought to my attention by Toyota Walnut Creek, where I was being demeanored as a DUMMY. We have successfully placed well over 700 drivers in vehicles for UBER and X/​Change Leasing. The few drivers with simular concerns worked through X/​change with patience until resolved. To date we are the office of CHOICE. X/​Change has strict insurance guidelines that are not the same as UBER. I have zero knowledge of your outcome in insurance status with X/​Change until as they instructed– confirmation from your call. Your actions left me with the decision, rather than respond any further to this matter, to just wiped my hands. Your response was from Toyota Walnut Creek who has zero association with UBER and our processing procedures.

I’ve been a long term client and have seen some very positive changes in the dealership this past year with the new GM’s influence. Recently I purchased a new car and traded my old one in, and am pleased with my experience. I truly got top dollar for my old car, in fact, they gave me more for it than I expected. I did not feel pressure by the salesman, and really got a cool car and service agreement and appreciate the efforts to make me feel comfortable and satisfied with my purchase and their service.

We always go to this toyota for excellent service HOWEVER i had an extremely uncomfortable experience which makes me not want to come back. One of the younger boys uncomfortably tried hitting on me and asked for my number. When i told him i was engaged, he acted like it didnt matter and said «so what». I respect anyone trying to find their «special person», but an employee who represents a company doing that to a customer is unacceptable. After turning him down, he was the one that took my car to take to service. Excuse me? how do i know he is not going to do anything to my car, because ironically i waited an extra 35 minutes until someone told me no one knew my car was even there. I will make a formal complaint sometime soon

I bought a car Toyota RAV4 2016 Last month. My salesman Eddy «Ed“Rosselon was very nice and as helpful guy and informative as he could be. The most important thing he knew the product. I would highly recommend anyone using this dealership to seek Eddy «Ed“Rosellon out and work with him.

The worst dealership ever if I could give them negative stars I would. I went in on Sunday and was being helped by one person and the supervisor just decided to take over and was super rude I felt like I was being interrogated and they didn’t want to negotiate with me so I left. they called Monday and decided to do the deal how I wanted it on Sunday so I went back on Tuesday and was helped by an even worse financial worker horrible lady extremely rude I didn’t want something and she lied about how the bank can fix it later on smh worst place ever

I have a lease now, so I have to do regularly scheduled maintenance. I love the Service Department at Toyota WC! I started coming here in 1994, and Darrell was at the service desk even back then, with a smile!
Today, as always, I had a smooth and pleasant experience dropping off my car, and getting a ride to work. Tim was my Service Advisor today, and he did a great job! Tim, Darrell, and the entire service team patiently and kindly treat all customers with respect and care.

Best buying experience I’ve had at a Toyota dealership so far! The other dealerships were larger, looked more appealing, offered free coffee and beverages along with a spacious lounge BUT ONLY Walnut Creek Toyota honored their quote with me when I spoke with them over the phone. All other dealerships in the area from Sacramento to Fremont said they would price match over the phone but did not honor it when I went in person. You could understand how frustrating it was when you drive such a long distance in traffic only to find out that they won’t give you the car you want for the price you guys agreed on over the phone.
I worked with Nash and spoke with him over the phone and his manager Lance was able to finalize the deal for the price we agreed on over the phone. We had a small disagreement in the price originally but at the end of the night they gave me the price I wanted.
Nash was also nice enough to fill the car up with gas and made sure it was cleaned and detailed before I left with it.
The staff was also very friendly.
Also another plus was that they had the Warriors game playing while I was waiting! Car shopping does take some time so expect to spend at least an hour.
Overall great experience and I left a happy new car owner!

A quick recap: I went to Toyota Fremont looking for a 2015 Avalon and they quoted a Touring for $ 37k (note that a 2016 Touring is $ 37k on the website and she quoted the same for me for 2015). Then I asked if I can have 0 APR and I have 780 FICO score. She said it could be a hard bet so we should be ok for a 1.9 APR but probably not 0 APR. So out of curiosity I asked her whats an ideal score of 0 APR, she said 800 – 900 (note that the max credit score is 850!). Anyway, at this point I just knew that she was trying to rip me off, so I left.
I looked up at True car and they quoted me a 2015 Avalon Limited of MSRP $ 41k for $ 34k. I called WC Toyota right away and then that very night I showed up for a test drive. And then the rest was very easy. Got 0 APR, 90 days no payment, friendly people, great customer service. Rob was our sales man and I highly recommend him. He is as simple as it can get and will walk through the whole process very smoothly.
Oh by the way, if you have 700−720+ FICO score, you are most likely eligible for a 0 APR, unlike what was told to me by Fremont Toyota!!!
And if you happen to stop by at the WC Toyota, make sure you ask for Rob :)

My boyfriend and I came here on a Saturday afternoon as I wanted to just check out cars and compare the cars to other makes and models. This place was our first stop for car shopping and I already knew that I wasn’t going to leave with any kind of car as I wanted to explore my options. The only models I wanted to check out here were the 4runners and the camrys. The salesman Trey showed us different models and as a salesman I can tell he did his part on trying to sell us a Toyota. As much information he was giving us about the Toyota’s I still was not to give in because I still wanted to shop around and look at the Acura’s and Audi’s.
After looking at all the cars, Trey took us to sit down to talk numbers. I didn’t let him run my credit or anything because I already knew off top I didn’t want to own a Camry. My heart was set on an Audi but I just wanted to see what the Camry was all about and it wasn’t for me. Once I told Trey that I was still going to explore my options he grabbed his manager so that his manager can try and convince me. We talked to his manager and I still said NO as I still wanted to explore my options. Upon trying to attempt to walk out numerous times his manager said to sit down one more time as he was going to show me a different set of numbers for a monthly payment. Sure the monthly payment was low but as I told the sales guy and the manager NUMEROUS times that this is my second big purchase behind buying a house and I was not going to leave with a car at the first place I walk in to.
I understand that they are trying to sell cars but they have to show respect for their customers and understand how they feel. I shouldn’t have to repeat myself over and over and over about how I want to look at other cars before I decide since this is my FIRST TIME ever shopping for a car. If I ever decide to buy a Toyota then I will definitely never come back since the manager was super pushy. As a manager you shouldn’t be so pushy to the customer but instead LISTEN and respect what they decide. After finally leaving the manager actually made me feel guilty for not purchasing a car from them. I will never come back here.
Till this day someone is calling me everyday from Toyota of Walnut Creek to earn my business but I would never give my business to people who are so pushy and rude.

HONOR MY TRUE CAR PRICE!
Apparently, there still a real dealer out there. I am happy to have taken my business and felt good about. Today I was able to purchase my Prius C Three for TRUE CAR Price from Moss Ibrahimi. Yeah… how to you like me now? Transaction was smooth, just registered my email with true car and was directed to 3 dealerships, Walnut Creek have the best reviews in terms of sales.
Don’t let the 3 stars distract you, I was quit leery myself, but most of those reviews were based on service and use car sales. For those who give 1 star on used car purchase, its your own fucking fault. You bought other peoples problem. As for service, you bring your car to a dealership, you are going be paying dealership prices. Its a no brainer.
I stated that I have my own finance from Chase Bank and not once he try to push his own APR, unlike some. Also told me my score was 715÷725÷670. Also stated that Toyota borderline acceptance is 650. Don’t let other dealerships tell you differently, and they must show you all 3 scores, not just 1. If they are, then they are fucking with you. Fernando from Finance was happy to accept my banks check with no problems.
My talk with Moss was brief and quick. I told him what I wanted, picked it, done. Fernando from Finance was also excellent. Although he did mention about the gap, extended warranty, he was able to kindly accept the answer no. Unlike some of the dealership that STRONG ARM their customers. While working with Fernando I only have to wait about 5 – 10 minutes for him to prep up.
I highly suggest you guys to be alarmed when it comes down to the final numbers, especially when any dealership is trying to stall time with Finance… Lodi Toyota, and Downtown Oakland did this. They are prepping to fuck you over… you know that feeling when you leave dealership… feeling shitty for weeks? yah… you know what I mean. We all been there, and no one should be there. I did not experienced any problems with Walnut Creek, my only issue is that I cannot be close to them for my future services. I would recommend friends and family to my sales guy Moss.
