Had a pickup yesterday at SFO. They were so on top of it, even though my plane landed almost 45 minutes early, Anne was right there and communicated to me before I got off my plane! She was nice, courteous, and wonderful. Horrible traffic in downtown and she took alternate routes to make sure we were in wine country asap! Would not hesitate to use them again and again and again. Well done Walnut Creek Airport Service & big Kudos on Anne our driver!!!

Absolutely the best!!. Friendly and professional/​safe drivers, the best quality vehicles, and showed up on time (with a text upon arrival…), even at 4:30 AM in Walnut Creek for a shuttle to SFO. Could not recommend them highly enough!

We have used these guys a number of times and have been very pleased. They answer their phones personally almost every time and the girl who makes the reservations is courteous and professional. They confirm via email and when I forgot to book a return ride home, I just emailed them and they got right back to me.

We used Walnut Creek Airport service for our Christmas travel. I’ve used several services before and WC provides great service and a reasonable price. Pickup on both ends was prompt, the Cars were clean and comfortable, and the drivers courteous. I will be using them again.

We recently used Walnut Creek Airport Service for an early morning flight. We were picked up in Lafayette for a 6AM flight from San Francisco. The driver was ON TIME and courteous.

I used there services Oakland and San fransco airport couple times. Fair prices, clean cars, professional service. I would recommend if you are looking reliable airport transportation in the east Bay Area.

Had a wonderful experience working with this company from the time I sent them an email to inquire about airport transportation. They were very prompt in response and booking a reservation was easy. Our car arrived on time and Ann (hope I spelled it right) was able to find our apartment building easily even though we were all the way in the back of our gated complex so I was impressed.
She was such a sweetheart and very easy to talk to throughout the ride to SFO from San Pablo. In our conversation, we both found out that we’re from the same native country of the Philippines so that was pretty awesome. Price is affordable and the car was very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommending this establishment to anyone looking for car service and I’ll be sure to keep them in mind for future trips.

I use Walnut Creek Airport Service weekly for service to bay area airports (I travel for work). They are always early (not «just on time» which makes me nervous). The entire customer service experience (via email, phone, text, and interactions with the drivers) is outstanding. Also, you have the ability to set up an account with them so they can charge your card directly and you can jump out of the sedan and be on your way without fumbling with paying the driver. I am so impressed with their service that I actually use them for personal/​family trips as well.

Prompt, reliable, friendly. Completely on top of flight status changes when they pick up! What peace of mind when you travel!

Great Service! We have never used a car service before so I didn’t know who to call but I got lucky when I called WCAS (Walnut Creek Airport Service)! We needed a car to drive us to the pier in SF for our 10-​day cruise and I knew as soon as I called WCAS that it was going to be a great experience! Andrea answers the phones and makes the appointments and she is so friendly and knowledgeable. Then on the morning of our cruise our driver Julian was AMAZING! Julian was sooo friendly and helpful and got us to the cruise ship with a ½ hour to spare which was perfect. There was so much traffic on the Embarcadero we never would have made it on time without Julian’s driving experience (he knew all the shortcuts). Thank you Walnut Creek Airport Service and Julian for such a wonderful car service experience — we will be calling you again!

Great service from my home to SFO early Sat morning. Same great service returning late evening from OAK to WC. Reservation process is best by email or phone. Only comment is maybe add an online reservation process. Will likely use for future business and personal travels to the airport.

WC Airport Service is OUTSTANDING! I’ve written about their service over 2 years ago. I have used them many times over the past 2 years and continue to use this car service. Why? They are professional, prompt, friendly, very clean cars with diligent drivers!
I want to send a HUGE Thank You to Julian! He is one of the drivers that I’ve had the pleasure to to help me more than 8 times. Julian is kind, always handles my luggage, he is prompt and usually early to pick me up on the way to the airport! On the occasions that Julian has also picked me up from SFO airport he has called and texted me that he is at the airport and is there ready to come get me when my luggage arrives. I’ve used other services and they make you wait such a long time before pick-​up when all you really want is to get home!
Efe is a terrific owner and driver! They have a fantastic staff that is so friendly. They offer platinum service service that is consistent and friendly! Give them a try — you will be very happy that you did!

I used to use East Bay Shuttle, but I think that firm has outgrown it’s capacity and we’ve used them for work and found them inconsistent, andoften if I didn’t call a week in advance they’d tell me they couldn’t accommodate me (and I have given them lots of business) or offered to pick me up an hour earlier than I needed to leave for the airport (no, I didn’t call Supershuttle/​sorry.) Therefore, I looked for an alternative.
Walnut Creek Airport Service is clearly focused on providing platinum standard service. They cost more but are extremely attentive (the driver is calling to confirm pick up when your plane’s wheels are touching down on the run way), extremely dependable. Even when departure for the airport is brutally early, the driver is in front of the house 15 minutes early, and texts/doesn’t call, so he doesn’t wake up your entire family. Also the drivers are simply nice folks and personable. You can hold a multisyllabic conversation with them –or not– if you just feel like vegging.
Clean, comfortable town cars, but the concept of excellent customer service is paramount and makes this firm worth the extra bucks. You feel cheap if you leave only a 20% tip; it’s that good.

I won’t use any other service but these guys. Very professional and always on time. I can always count on the text when I get off the plane. Clean cars and super nice drivers. Highly recommend.

Great transportation experience to and from OAK from Walnut Creek. Drivers were very friendly and we felt safe in their hands. The communication from everyone was excellent. They answered each call I made and quickly responded to any messages I left. The drivers called and texted to inform me of when they’ve arrived and made the drop off and pick up from OAK flawless.
The vehicles were very clean and well maintained. We had a spacious town car for drop off and a large spacious SUV for pick up.
This made our family vacation much more enjoyable and stress free.

These guys are great, especially Julian. Always use them to get to SFO. They have never been late and are often early. Julian definitely keeps the ride entertaining.

I was traveling when I realized I had not made plans for a car to get me home from SFO. They were very responsive via email and we were able to get a reservation set without needing to pick up the phone or fill out forms on their website like you have to do on sites like Supershuttle. What a time saver!
The driver was in touch via text and kept in touch as we dealt with our flight being delayed and a series of other United Airlines issues. Julien’s attitude is great. He is all about customer service and is very positive and appropriately informal (I’m informal but I think he would be appropriately formal if dealing with my mom, for example. Most services just unload the trunk at the base or our long driveway– he helped me lug the second bag (or box) up the driveway and into the garage (he also loaded the bags at the airport versus doing the old pop the trunk and wait for you in the car). He also never passed the time on the phone as many cab drivers tend to do– he was chatty but not excessively so and I can guarantee if you didn’t want to talk he’d sense that and move on.
The car was perfectly clean and comfortable. It was the standard Town Car — probably not a 2014 (if that is important to you) but you can probably ask for a different card if that is a potential issue.
So an overall great experience. Reasonable prices, too– forgot to mention that.

I required a ride from SFO to Concord on ¾/​15. I called Walnut Creek Airport Service on the recommendation of my boyfriend, whom had found them online because of their stellar reviews. From the get-​go, speaking with Abraham to reserve my ride, I was impressed. He is the owner of the business and was kind, attentive, and courteous.
The driver that picked me up was Julian. He arrived early and sent me a text with clear instructions for when I landed. He was extremely nice even though it took me a long time to get out of the airport and it took a really long to get me home due to traffic. He was very easy-​going and personable and I felt at ease and well cared for.
It was $ 118 for a 2+ hour ride from SFO to Concord. Well worth it.
I would definitely go with this company again.
