I began my work in the massage world in 1990 after completing my certification in Amma/​Shiatsu at the Institute of Traditional Japanese Massage in San Francisco, Ca. I began working at the Kabuki Springs and Spa www​.kabuk​isprings​.com in San Francisco’s Japantown district. While there I met several other therapists who had studied with Dr. Tom Hendrickson. In 1998 I began studying at the Hendrickson Method Institute. In 2007 I received my teaching certification from the Hendrickson Institute. For almost three years I had worked at Dr. Hendrickson’s clinic. In 2002 I ended my tenure at Kabuki Springs and Spa to start my own practice in Walnut Creek. I am now enjoying a full and fulfilling practice being being the owner of Walnut Creek Manual Therapy. Since 2008 I have been on staff at the Hendrickson Method Institute teaching classes on the Hendrickson Method in Berkeley and the UK.
