I waited over a month to come (wish I had come sooner). I had hurt my back working out, and then after a weekend of landscaping the yard, it was game over. I was hurting all the time — something was pinched, I was feeling pain in my leg and hip. I couldn’t pick up the baby without feeling pain. I couldn’t sleep or roll over without being in pain. I couldn’t live like this! A co-​worker suggested Dr. Wellens and I went hoping for the best, but fearing that I may have to live like this. He was very knowledge and talked me through what it could be. Because I was paying out of pocket — he was very mindful of the qty. of treatments. The first visit was Monday — I was VERY sore. The dr. warned me — but i wasn’t prepared mentally. Then Tues it was better and yesterday… I started feeling like me again! Thursday (today) I went in for an adjustment and just so relieved… happy… pleased. I am almost pain free. Thank you so much! You are wonderful!

I had a very painful Achilles tendon injury that was not responding, after nearly three months, to standard medical treatment. I was afraid that I’d never play tennis again, and I most likely wouldn’t at the rate things were going, but I received a referral to Steve and went. He suggested a new way of working with the injury (he’d had one himself and knew exactly what I was going through) and the tendon began to heal fairly quickly.
I see Dr. Wellens for other issues as well and I find him to be conscientious, careful, thorough, and quite knowledgeable. I highly recommend him if you are looking for chiropractic care.

Dr. Wellens is wonderful! I have a somewhat uncommon situation with my back and have seen several other practitioners with (worse than) no success. Dr. Wellens is relieving my pain for the first time in ages.

They admitted their billing error and we have worked this out. Again as I mentioned they are good Chiropractors and it was the ongoing billing error that prompted my review which the Dr. actually reached out to me directly to resolve.

So nice to be pain free. Over the last 7 years, I have visited Dr. Wellens for minor aches and pain, thumb injury shoulder pain, but recently, it hurt to breath. I went to my medical doctor. After 5 hours of testing, they sent me home with pain medication that made me sick as a dog. I called Dr. Wellens, and he made time for me same day. Turns out I had a rib out of place (never heard of such a thing) but with his magical hands, he worked it back into place. With just a few visits, I have been pain free for over a month. Having a rib out of place is very painful. Yes, if you have pulled muscle, it hurts when you move that muscle, but a rib out of place, each and every breath is painful, day and night. Thank you Dr. Wellens for your professionalism and your miracle hands. If I could give you 10 stars I would.

I agree with others here. Dr. Wellens is great, with a knowledge beyond what most other chiropractors have to offer.

Dr. Wellen has been instrumental in helping our son with his eye issues. Our 11 year old was having major issues with his eyes and head and with Dr. Wellens help, he is a completely different person. He’s reading now (which he hated to do as his eyes were not tracking correctly), he’s able to withstand eye exercises that would normally drop him to his knees. Can’t write enough praise about this Dr. He knows what he is doing and we are lucky to have found him.

I know Dr. Wellens for over 10 years and every time I see him, he HELPS me Tremendously. I was in so much pain for weeks and i decided to come and see him today, NOW I Feel 100% BETTER, since I saw him 2 hours ago.
What a difference, I was suffering for weeks and I decided to see him today and he saw me in sort notice. I could not move my neck at all, as soon as he adjusted my neck the PAIN was gone and I could move my head. This was a Miracles for sure.

Dr. Wellen’s is very good at what he does. He definitely knows his stuff! I’ve had issues with pain management due to back injuries & sitting at a desk all day for work doesn’t help. He has worked miracles! I’m pain free!

Dr. Wellens has not only changed my life, but has given me a new one. I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis and suffered from chronic back pain that had spread to my hip and down to my toes. After unsuccessful physical therapy sessions and medications that made me sick I had resigned myself to the fact that I would have to live with the pain or have surgery. I couldn’t engage in the activities that I enjoyed, dancing, riding a bike or even walking, without pain. One day, my priest, noticing that I was in a lot of pain at church, suggested Dr. Wellens. I had made an appointment to have yet another cortisone shot and decided to give him a try first. IT WAS THE BEST DECISION I EVER MADE! He is truly a miracle worker. One year after seeing him, my husband and I attended a wedding. My husband was thrilled because I was able to dance to all but 2 of the songs without pain AND with my shoes on. In the past, I was lucky if I could dance to 2 songs. I have resumed a lot of my old activities and am virtually pain free. While I will always be cautious and not overdo any activity, I finally have my life back.
