I’ve been seeing Dr. Joe for about 13 years and each visit has been a wonderful experience! He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer any question one may have. He even acknowledges you when he is dealing with another patient. He makes sure you are very comfortable during the whole process. The cost is broken down and both of you go through each expense together, so you know what you are paying for. The receptionist is also very welcoming and kind! I highly recommend giving him a try!

This is the first time I’ve been to an optometrist and walked away feeling like I understood everything that just happened, that I’d been treated with patience and courtesy, and that I wasn’t forced to do or pay for unnecessary tests.
Dr. Joe was extremely patient with all my questions, explained the procedures he was going to do simply in layman’s terms, and was able to get the information he needed without having to do extra procedures (i.e. checking my retinas without having to dilate my pupils.) Payment was clearly explained and the cost was hit reasonable.
I have had to wear glasses and contacts since I was 8 years old and have been to many optometrists, opthamologists, specialists, etc. Dr. Joe is one of only two eye doctors that I have had exceptional experiences with in terms of knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy.
His receptionist was super nice, and it is clear that he treats his patients with respect and knows them well on a personal basis. I would recommend this doctor and his office wholeheartedly.

very family friendly! staff is nice and dr. joe is very approachable, answered my questions in easy to understand terms; staff was patient and didn’t rush me out when I walked in ten min to closing to get my new glasses fitted! front office was quick to give me the amount my insurance covered, etc. nice selection on frames and very reasonably priced! I was called right within the turn-​around time to pick up my glasses, which was about a week, if I remember correctly! I even referred my family to go see him!

Dr Joe is very good and genuine. Very clean office with no dust on the glasses. Also we only see him once a year and continues the conversation from the previous year. Always remember his patients. Receptionist is awesome too and very helpful with selecting glasses with no pressure at all unlike Lens Crafter where it’s more about the sale. He knows baseball which was great. Been going here for 5 years. Wifey been going there for 8 years.

Dr. Joe is the best! Very informative and courteous, always learn new things about my eyes each time I’m there. Natasha is great too, very friendly. This team is very professional and they check your insurance and make sure you’re getting the most out of your coverage.

I lost my eyeglasses (.again, oops) so my boss suggested I see Dr. Jonathan Joe. I had the greatest experience with him. He is punctual and friendly, and it really seems like he cares about his people. He takes a genuine interest in his patients and you can tell it’s reciprocated by the people who pass by but peek their heads in to his office just to say hi. I wish I could walk out of my dentist or doctor’s office with the same level of confidence and comfort. HIGHLY recommend!

I have been a patient with Dr. Joe for a few years and it has always been a positive experience. My visits are quick with barely any wait time. He is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I have experienced a lot of criticism from several Optometrists in the past and after I started coming to Dr. Joe then I never found the need to go anywhere else.

Dr. Joe was great! I walked in without an appointment, but the wait time was very quick, 5 – 10 minutes. He was friendly and he took the time to explain everything he was doing. It might not be as cheap as Costco, but I think it’s definitely worth it, knowing that your vision is in the capable hands of this professional.

Dr Joe is the friendliest eye doctor I’ve ever been to. Been with him for quite a few years now. He’s so nice and helpful that the only annual check up I ever do is my eyes because he doesn’t intimidate me like other doctors. Appointments are always easy to fill and ordering contacts is also a breeze!

The doctor here is very helpful and gives good advice.
When I had a problem with my glasses he was more than happy to help me with my situation. I’d come back to check out other glasses in the future :)

Dr. Joe is very nice and kind person. He will take time to explain everything to you. His staff is also very nice and courteous. I have been seeing Dr. Joe since around the time he first opened. I would definitely recommend Dr. Joe to anyone seeking an optometrist.

Looked on Unilocal,found them, called, open on Saturdays, verified insurance acceptance, made an appt. All within 5 minutes. Excellent!

Dr. Joe is great. He knows his optometry hands down but most importantly he is a customer service expert. Not only is he a great doctor but he really knows how to make the patient feel great about his or her experience and is sure to leave you 100% satisfied when leaving his office. If Airline Pilots trust him with their vision, so should you.

Great service! Dr Joe is like the best Eye Dr I ever had and I wore glasses the last 25 yrs of my life. The staff is very professional and the office is clean and neat. Dr Joe would tell you each step of way what is he doing and what’s the purpose of it. I really do appreciate that kind of bedside manner from a medical provider. Highly recommended!

Dr. Joe is awesome! I’ve been going here to get glasses and contacts for 12 years. Never had any problems. He even mailed me a pair of contacts when i tore a contact in Oregon

I had my eyes examined here on 10÷15÷11. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful the customer service is here. I was telling Dr. Joe that I tore my last pair of contact lenses and he told me whenever I am in dire need of a pair because they have been torn or if I ran out, he would happily provide me with a pair free of charge.
I came back in today 10÷18÷11 order contact lenses and find a new pair of glasses. I told Dr. Joe that my trial pair tore and he immediately gave me another pair to help me until my contacts came in. His receptionist, Natasha was very friendly and helped me pick out a pair of Prada glasses today. ²⁰⁄₂₀ Vision Optometry provides wonderful, personalized customer service which is something you will not find if you are getting your glasses from larger stores such as Sam’s Club or Costco.

Well, my frame broke last week so I need a new prescription and a new glasses ASAP. I called 10 am in the morning and a slot was available at 10:30 so I took it without hesitation. The receptionist was very nice over the phone and she was nicer in person. The paper work was a simple one page questionnaire. I was immediately seen by Dr. Joe. He was very thorough and detail. He took his time explaining my Rx and my eyes condition. As a healthcare provider myself I was very impressed with his services and philosophy of practice. The office is very clean and bright with a wide variety of frames and lenses. Highly recommend this O.D. to anyone in this area.
