Rudest people ever. Canceled our cab without telling us. Refused to give us her name and had the audacity to cuss me out and say, «Get your a@$ your own ride.» I called their company because my fiancé and I were stranded and needed a ride home. It was the only time I have ever encountered such rudeness from a diapatcher. The least professional company I have ever delt with. Do not use this company.

When my wife called them to schedule a pickup (she’d already been stranded with our two kids by another cab company) the dispatch guy threatened her («I have you phone number!») if she wasn’t there for her pickup. When they didn’t show after 30 minutes and she called him back to find out if they were coming, he yelled at her and then hung up on her. She called them back and begged them to please pick her up and the guy said he’d send someone.
And didn’t.
So a kind person who worked at the nearby supermarket (Albertson’s) ended up seeing her in tears with two kids waiting for a pickup and took them home.
I have no kind works for these guys.

I would give ZERO stars to this guy if I could.
He is the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life. I think he must have a problem with people scheduling cab service and then not being there when his cab drivers show up because from the first time I talked to him (we talked about 4 – 5 times in all while I was trying to figure out where his cab guy was) he was rude and yelling at me and telling me that I better be there when they showed up. And then he basically threatened me saying that he would call my phone number over and over again if I wasn’t there when they came to get me.
I would like to point out that I had no ride, which is why I called him in the first place. Why wouldn’t I be there when his guy showed up? They took forever to come, I had to call him 2 more times to find out where the guy was. And then some kind stranger offered me a ride home, which I took gladly over giving this guy my money. But, get this: I even called the guy to cancel. I could have just been rude and left. But I called and then of course he yelled at me even more. I would not be surprised if he started calling me, just like he threatened.
Save yourself the hassle. Seriously, DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!
