I represent sellers by pricing your home «properly», effectively, and marketing it well, so your home sells timely. With my extensive background in title, escrow, appraisal and home loans, I pre-​screen offers so that we minimize risks and save time.

And as a Chase Bank Priority Partner real estate agent, I also work closely with buyers, both 1st Time and seasoned home owners. I walk you through the whole buying/​lending process and update you regularly. When we encounter bumps, I find answers and work hard to resolve them right away. I was once a buyer myself, so I can empathize.

Upon agreeing to work together for the sale of our condominium, Kevin asked us what it was we expected from him, as well as what to expect from the entire sales process. To me, I felt this was a great first impression because it indicated that Kevin is an agent that truly values his clients. We told him we were looking for an agent who was honest and someone who would keep us updated on the status of the open houses/​sales process. Kevin surpassed our expectations. Not only did he keep us posted during the sales process, he continually went the extra mile. During the open houses at our unit, he would stay an extra hour or two longer just so he can get more prospective buyers to see our unit. Another example of Kevin going above and beyond was when we had forgotten to close all the doors at our condo as requested by one of the home inspectors and Kevin willingly made the drive to our place to close the doors! Kevin is also a great mediator. There were some frustrating times during the escrow process and he was great at helping us keep our composure. I would definitely refer Kevin to others for his services. Kevin is professional, respectful, and an attentive agent. We are very happy clients.

He is very responsible and always follow up with me to make sure his clients have returned all their signed escrow paperwork. He even put in extra efforts to help in getting the last minute funding condition that the lender requested in a tight time frame to meet the lender’s funding cutoff time so that we can close escrow on schedule without any delays.
