Went to go see a show there and it was actually pretty good. The beginning of the show the presenter should us what would be in the sky tonight and how to find them. The planetarium is very similar to the one in Griffith. I don’t know if this one has lasers though. But I will be back. Right now it looks like they are showing four different shows.

If you want to enjoy a fun, beautiful, relaxing day.. You must visit the Farmers market at Mt. Sac every Saturday. They have delicious organic, coffee, tea, pastries, fruit, and vegetables and eggs. They have a big variety of beautiful fresh plants, flowers and all the people here are very helpful, fun and doing it for a great cause. My favorite the caramel and kettle corn. And my organic coffee.

Went for a school field trip and had an amazing experience. The planetarium was awesome and the rocket making was very eventful too! The Facilitator Hailey was amazing. I look forward to returning with my family for the evening events in a few weeks!

Three out of three little kiddies(5 and under) loved watching«One World, One Sky: Big Bird’s Adventure.» Surprisingly(considering the campus is close to my house), this was my first trip to this planetarium. We walked there, but parking is available on campus for $ 3. It’s a small planetarium. Seating in the theatre is 100 maximum capacity. We were the first ones there, and the young lady who ushered us in showed us the best seats in the house. There was Sesame Street music in the theatre before the show, and the kiddies loved singing along. It was an entertaining 30 minute show. They have a few different shows to appease children of different ages and adults. One shows offers a binocular experience. The planetarium is available during the day for school field trips. It is also available for birthday parties, with a special show for the birthday kiddie. On some nights you can use their telescopes to view the stars. We will definitely be back to catch more of their shows. The prices are reasonable, but I wouldn’t advise buying tickets online because of the outrageous service fee.

After attending a birthday party here we immediately looked into booking my son’s 5th birthday here. The price is very reasonable for the activities offered. When we arrived the staff had already set up tables and chairs along with decorations in the lobby area. As guests arrived they were greeted by staff and children were given a coloring sheet. Once most of the guests arrived we moved on to the planetarium for a show. After the show we enjoyed lunch. Unlike most party venues they allow you to bring your own food! Once everyone finished lunch we built rockets to launch outside. An air compressor was all ready to shot rockets high into the air. After the rockets the kids moved on to the piñata that was set up nearby. We ended the day with birthday cupcakes. Everyone had a great time! The staff was so helpful every step of the way from helping us set up to even cleaning up! The planetarium also offers shows on select weekends. We’re looking forward to coming back for another show with friends this fall. Children are welcome at shows unlike Griffith Park Observatory which only allows children during the first show of the day.

Awesome little planetarium, a little difficult to find hidden on this college campus but so worth it! My son had his 9th birthday here. Great venue, affordable, bring your own refreshments and easy! All guests enjoyed a 20 minute show in the planetarium room, my son being our«captain» of the space shuttle, it was educational too. Then we had a nice 30 minutes in the lobby, tables set up already, we had lunch and snacks, then building rockets time! Kids and adults enjoyed building rockets and then we all went outside where Heather, the planetarium party host, helped us all launch them… they go very far and it’s so much fun. Then after awhile we all came back into the air conditioned lobby to sing, have cake and open gifts. Perfect 2 ½ hour party. Every single person told me how much they enjoyed our party here… kids and adults!
