The Walpole Inn is a beautiful historic Inn set in the rolling hills, overlooking the Connecticut River Valley. The Inn has been lovingly restored and updated while retaining it’s authentic colonial aura.
History
Established in 1752.
The Walpole Inn was built in 1752 as the homestead of Col. Benjamin Bellows, in historic Walpole, NH. Fort # 3, of the Connecticut River Valley Forts was built just down the hill from the Inn and served as protection for the area residents for decades.
