You suck.
Now, perhaps some sort of horrible emergency came up – in which case I’ll swap out «suck» with «stink” – but if you say you’re going to come out for an estimate on some yardwork I’d like done and then don’t ever show up – even though you live less than a mile away, you gotta show up. Don’t you want to establish a new client relationship? Don’t you want positive word of mouth to spread about your business? Don’t you want to get paid? If not, then why even bother returning my original phone call?
