Wow what a disappointment. Started in the spring to get help planting evergreen hedges to hide ugly plastic fence neighbor put in. Had always trusted this company but will never do business with them again. Last year they did some work for me, took quite a long time and they never got around to taking down one Hemlock in the front of my yard. They said they would make good on it in the near future even though they charged me for it. They never did. This year I had them come to give me some advice about planting fast-​growing evergreens along one side of my yard. After two months of not hearing back I found that they emailed my husband with the information. He didn’t know where it was coming from and in fact the mail went to his junk folder. When I finally got in touch with them and told them how much I wanted to spend and how many trees they should order I thought we were all set. About another month went by and I hadn’t heard anything so I sent another note saying I want to move forward and asking if we could break the payments up into a couple of installments. When he finally did get back to me he said it was probably too late to plant this season because he hadn’t ordered anything and it was pretty busy the next couple of weeks. I can’t help but feel that a $ 2000 order wasn’t big enough for him to actually show up and do the work. Shame on them, now I have to face another fall and winter looking at this ugly plastic fence in my backyard. If only he would’ve been upfront with me I would’ve used another company and had my hedges in by now. I thought he wasn’t forthcoming and my paltry business wasn’t good enough to take seriously.
