Very impressed been to this location a few times and wasn’t very pleased in the past with the results of customer service but theres a whole new team of staff who are very helpful, kind and energetic ! Samantha was veryy kind and helped me threw a difficult order. I needed it there by a certain time window and she kindly explained that they can not guarantee time deliveries but will try there very best and i understand they cant always do time deliveries all day long especially if there are multiple orders that want same times. She also ensured me if her driver was not back in time to get it there at the time i needed it there she would personally deliver it herself. I was very surprised by the amount of effort she put in my order and making it perfect and making sure my time at edible arrangements was over the top! I am so excited for the next birthday or occasion i will defiantly be ordering from the waltham location again very soon ! And i would absolutely recommend using this location especially since there is all new staff that are over the top !

Disappointment #1 Called the store put me on hold for 3 min., and I received a call after she picked up the phone and I had to put her on hold for 30 seconds and Deb. hung up on me. Disappointment #2 Ordered an arrangement on-​line and put instruction about delivery time. The basket has been delivered too early without following our instruction. Called and Deb. apologized and wasn’t helpful at all. Didn’t bother to offer anything for the inconvenience, some refund, coupon for the next shopping,…
There are so many occasions to order from this location because my family lives there, but I’m not going to order from them again.

It was a wonderful experience. Deb, she is a life savor! my Co worker and I planned on purchasing a box of chocolate dipped strawberries as a surprise gift to my boss for her birthday. I placed an order on Monday online and expecting it’ll be ready to be picked up by Friday. Next thing you know, as i arrived to the edible arrangement right on moody st, they didn’t receive my online order. However, Deb definitely made not just my day, but as well as my boss’s day. Deb did the honor of doing a last minute order of a box of strawberries with chocolate dip. She is the best! She had me going to work feeling accomplished with no disappointment.

I have used edible arrangements a number if times and can’t recommend it enough. Great arrangements with great service, especially Debra!

This Edible Arrangements left an arrangement on my doorstep and left. It was sent by a friend so I wasn’t aware that I was going to receive it. I didn’t find it until the next day and most of the fruit was ruined. Contacted the office on Moody Street in Waltham and told them the situation. The person apologized and I told them I wanted it replaced but was told she had to contact another office first about that and would get back to me. They never did. I contacted them again and had to leave a message but never heard from them. Would never order from that place again after that experience. Jerks.
I guess their fine, unless something goes wrong.

i sent a bouquet of strawberries, pineapple and cantelope to a friend who just go out of the hospital as a get well gift. She was blown away. She was so touched the thought and the usefulness of my gift. Flowers would have just wilted and been forgotten. This gift was a healthy and much needed nutrition packet gift that she enjoyed (and talked about to everyone!) I added a box of chocolates on the side as a treat and she loved those too. I was happy with the service too, helpful and quick!

Always been a fan of Edible Arrangements. Good for personal and corporate gifts.
Great service at the Waltham location!

The consistent quality of their fruit bouquets is very impressive, not to say how attractive they are. I have ordered many for clients, employees, etc., and the fruit is always at the perfect point of ripeness and flavor.
I think it’s a one of a kind service, and can be delivered most places around the country, and recipients react to it that way — almost always loving receiving and consuming it.

Cool idea. Kinda pricey. Good location.

Although I didn’t get to taste this beautiful treat, I had ordered one of these at the Waltham location for the Bentley Campus Police for always going out of their way to make sure that I’m protected at all times and especially at night.
I wanted to find some way of thanking them but rather than something that’s way out of my budget or something that they’re just going to stare at for several days and then die eventually, I figured hey let’s get them something that’s pretty and something they can appreciate, yet they can all dig in!
They delivered it on time and I heard it was great from my fellow men in uniform.

The first time I ever saw one of these was at some family party smack dab in the center of the table that all the food was being served on. I thought to myself. Nice concept. Fruit instead of a flower bouquet. At least you can eat the fruit. In reality, no one touches them. No one want to pick off the the pineapple that was fashioned into a flower and ruin the display. And on TOP of that. A small arrangement is like $ 75.00…
Great concept if you have some extra dough and buy it for yourself to stare at for a few hours, than go to town.

The BEST Valentine’s Day gift ever! It’s the perfect gift for any occasion and oh my is it delicious. I received a bouquet of pineapples hearts and strawberries arranged meticulously in a cute flower pot. It was massive and each fruit flower was perfect and delicious. The chocolate fondue that came with was amazing and I’ve never had better chocolate-​dipped strawberries.
