I started out 22 years ago at this same location, working for my father-​in-​law, Joseph LeBlanc (many people still know him as «Joe Sunoco»). I learned so much from him and was more than happy to accept his offer when he wanted to turn the business over to me upon his retirement.

I have had terrible luck with auto repair shops since I moved to Waltham about a year ago, but these guys have been great. Both my fiancé and I brought our cars here for inspections on different days and the people were friendly, the service was fast. I will definitely be coming back here if I have any car troubles.

Place is shady.
Got turned down for an inspection… same as many of the other Unilocal reviewers below.
I asked the shop owner to show me the results, all of them showed pass, and he manually rejected my emissions.
Took it to another local shop that stated not only was my car fine, but that this shop owner was known to reject perfectly fine vehicles to drum up business.
STAY AWAY!!!

I went for a routine State inspection, I got a rejection sticker without any explanation, the report was not handed to me, the guy put the report in the passenger seat.
That was rude, he had to explain to me what is going on. when i read the report it says Emission problem.
Ironically next day I went to Toyota dealer to fix the problem, and voila, there is no problem.
and i got a new sticker for the inspection.
it’s gone the old days when this place was perfect.

I bought a new car and wasn’t thrilled when the dealer said it had to be inspected within 7 days. Unilocal reviews for inspection sites in Waltham didn’t look too promising (poor customer service, long waits, etc.) except for this station. I pulled up during lunch today and asked a guy outside where I needed to go to see about an inspection. He took my car in immediately and showed me where to wait inside. All of the staff were super friendly and I was out of there in about 10 minutes. Couldn’t have been better!

I called and asked if I needed an appointment for inspection sticker, no appointment needed. They were very fast and had me out in 10 mins! I highly recommend this place!

I needed an inspection on Thursday and called an hour before I could arrive. They were very nice and told me to bring it on over. At the station I was greeted warmly and they hustled. It was done in 10 minutes after I arrived though I got lucky because some people came after, but I saw that they were also treated kindly and served asap. A great impression!

This place was great: they were quick, efficient, and professional. In the time it took to walk to Dunkin for a cup of coffee, the car was inspected, new plates were put on, and the car was waiting.
Highly recommended for car services as well as conversations about soccer with the mechanic.
Now that we’re Waltham residents this is going to be our go-​to spot for car repairs!

Oh no, why haven’t I reviewed this business until now?!
This place is AMAZING. I have a beloved car that is old. I’m talking 15 years old. It’s my baby. I want it to last for another 200,000 miles. I don’t trust her with anybody except these guys.
I am always taken back by the honesty, the customer service and the general respect for my vehicle. These guys are unreal. The prices are always reasonable, the car gets fixed in record time and if for some odd reason it’s not done perfect (this rarely happens) they fix it for you immediately at no charge. I feel like this place is full of my family because of how sincere and truly happy they are to take care of me.
Paul is such a sweetheart and so is the rest of the crew here. If you go here more than once, they know your name and your car and they really do care. They don’t lie to you to get you to get things fixed — quite the contrary actually. I have gone in here thinking the worst of the worst and they assured me it’s no big deal. Most places would prey on me because I am a girl who knows absolutely nothing about cars (yes, I fit the stereotype) but not them. If you need an inspection sticker or you need a lot of work done, this is the place to go.
I can’t imagine anything lower than 5 stars — wish I could give them more. See you guys soon, I need an oil change!

I visited here today for an inspection and oil change, based on the other great reviews, and was not disappointed. The service techs were all friendly, and one had a particularly great sense of humor — he seemed to enjoy doing his job. There was no wait, and the guy doing my inspection even took the time to explain a quick repair under the front of my car. The price for the inspection and the oil change were reasonable, and I will definitely be back for any future services.

A friendly fellow at the local hardware store recommended this place to me when I told him we’d just moved here. Now we take our car here anytime we need repairs or maintenance. They’re friendly, honest, do good work, and don’t gauge on their prices. They have the cheapest synthetic oil change anywhere! Absolutely love these guys.

I visited this repair shop at the suggestion of a friend. I work nearbye but live over an hour away.
I had a brake line fail and this shop fixed my jeep quickly and at a very reasonable price. They even stored the truck over night inside to keep it safe.
I often repair my own vehicles but because it was more convenient I got a (free) quote from them.
I would be happy to return to them again in the future.

I’ve gone here to get my car inspected the last 3 years and they have done a quick, excellent job. The guys are always pleasant and are up front when you arrive as to how much time it will take.
