As a Springwell contract agency we can help insure you are getting any state services you might be eligible for elder care. With a low minimum service requirement of just 3 hours a visit we can help you stay in your home for life. With our exclusive family portal you have immediate web access to our caregiver management system which lets you see when our employee arrived and left. You also have the option of designating tasks you want accomplished during their visit.

History

Established in 2001.

We started to provide senior care services in the Waltham, Newton, Brookline and Watertown areas in November 2001. It was immediately apparent that there was huge demand for reliable caregivers who would show up for assignments, were trustworthy, and truly cared for their clients. We still have a number of those caregivers who joined us in our first few years and pride ourselves on our extremely low turnover. Our owner, Christopher Jenkins, visits every new client and is always reachable for questions or concerns.

A Certified Public Accountant by training, Christopher came to the United States from England when he was 13. After working in financial roles for a number of years health problems with his parents made Christopher look for a better solution for in home care. The rest, as they say, is history. In 2001 Christopher bought a Home Instead Senior Care franchise. Since that time he and his team have grown into one of the most reliable and trusted home care agencies in the area.
