I had a nasty scratch on my car front door and part of the fender that I did myself, and was going to be paying out of pocket. I went to a couple of places for an estimate and Jimmy came up with a very competitive bid. My main concern was to stop the rust and stay within my budget so I was fine with the repair being somewhat visible. I was astonished to see my door and bender looking brand new. Jimmy went above and beyond of what I expected and did not charge me a penny over original quote.
I hope not to ever need auto body work like that again, but if I do, I would definitely return to Jimmy’s and would recommend the place to anyone.

After a pretty damaging crash, we had our car taken to Jimmy’s without any knowledge of the place. Jimmy and his team immediately made us comfortable given his honesty, no frills demeanor, and competent service in fixing our car. Often when dealing with auto shops, one feels like they are destined to be ripped off. Not here. Jimmy was fantastic. The work he did to our 2011 Kia returned the car to looking as good as new. Wonderful experience after a pretty awful accident. Thank you, Jimmy!

Jimmy is awesome yet again! I had an issue with my front driver wheel baring and Jimmy took care of it in a few days. The rental car at Enterprise was again a breeze. They picked me up at Jimmys and I was able to leave the car at Jimmys when Imy car was ready. Jimmy even took a ride with me in my car to hear what I was concerned about. Great shop. Again I highly recommend!

I managed to scratch the living hell out of the bumper of my brand new Civic. Literally, 2 months old, and a bike rack incident gouges the crap out of the bumper.
Jimmy’s Auto took it and in 2 days, you’d never know. The work was superb. Jimmy’s quoted me a very fair price (much better than my dealer) and was friendly and helpful straight through. No fuss, no complications. Paint looks perfect.

Jimmy is one of the best business owners I have ever had any experience with.
Under a very tight schedule he fixed my taillight and rear bumper at a fair price. That’s what you hope to expect from any business but he went above and beyond. He checked out the rest of the car and did work on the front of the car from a past accident just because he’s a great guy. All of the work was done in a timely and professional manner. I wasn’t charged a penny over the estimate and was even turned down when offering to leave a tip for the excellent service. Even when I didn’t have a ride to and from the shop Jimmy personally drove me to where I needed to be while he worked on my car.
This is 100% the best service experience I have ever had. Jimmy earned a permanent customer and advocate.

I brought my car here to fix some damage after I was rear-​ended. I found Jimmy’s on Unilocal and have to say I was not at all disappointed.
My car looks great, and they even threw in a fix to the front bumper where the previous owner had done some damage.
Jimmy’s also accommodated my kind of crazy work travel schedule, holding my car on their lot until I returned from a business trip.
For quality of work, professionalism, and just plain good-​neighbor work, Jimmy’s definitely earns 5 stars.

I went to Jimmy’s Auto Body because of the glowing reviews I read about him. They are absolutely true! This guy is terrific. First of all, dealing with him is easy — he is friendly and responsive. He kept me informed every step of the way and called me when the car was ready. He dealt with the insurance company for me when he needed to request additional funds for the work.
Most of all, the work is excellent — you would never know that my brand new car was ever damaged. The color matches perfectly. I absolutely recommend Jimmy’s Auto Body.

I’ve used this auto body shop two times now and have nothing but great things to say about their customer service and craftsmanship. On both occasions my car needed a fair amount of body work, but looked brand new when the guys at Jimmy’s Auto Body were done with it. Jimmy is very approachable, professional, and knowledgeable. He kept me informed of everything that he was doing and he gave me an accurate estimate for how long the job would take to complete.
He dealt with my insurance company and the rental car company, so I didn’t have to at all. He and his guys’ craftsmanship is superb.
While working on my car, an unforeseen situation arose (no one’s fault… it just kind of happened). He immediately rectified the situation and got me a couple extra days of the rental car. He did not have to do this, but this act of good faith gained a lifelong customer, not to mention many referrals. ;)
Next time your car looks like a crumpled up piece of aluminum foil, definitely call Jimmy!

I own a classic car that has an excellent paint job. It had a few scratches and door nicks. I was very nervous about anyone trying to fix them. Jimmy did a fantastic job fixing the scratches and dings. He installed door edge guards that I supplied and touch up paint. He even waxed my car! The price was very reasonable. I would go back to him anytime.

I slid on a patch of ice and crunched in my fender and bumper pretty good. Jimmy scheduled me to drop my car off on Monday morning and said it should be ready Friday. He said he’d call mid-​week to check in. When I dropped my car off Jimmy drove me to the Enterprise car rental down the street. He called mid-​week, told me everything was on schedule and called me again Friday to let me know my car was ready. Everything looked brand new, perfect job. Jimmy was a super nice guy, fair prices and did excellent work. Don’t hesitate to get your work done here.

It could not be nicer! The front door of my car was dented, and he fixed it within 3 minutes without any charge! The car looks perfect now. Jimmy also recommend a friend to me when I asked if I could have a back sensor on my car. His shop is small, but you can’t miss it!

Very happy with Jimmy’s Auto Body! I came by over the weekend and got a quick quote for a minor repair. Came back two days later, got the same affordable quote and same day service. They even dropped me off at work nearby while they worked on my car. Couldn’t ask for better service! Would definitely recommend Jimmy’s to anyone.

Update: After I got my car fixed, I noticed there was condensation on the front right headlight. I called Jimmy and he spoke with the appraiser/​insurance company to get a factory headlight installed. Looks perfect now.
Within a week, my ’08 Altima was hit by another driver and a deer. After researching other auto body shops, I decided to take my car here.
Jimmy was very helpful throughout the process. He answered all of my questions, called me with updates and explained them thoroughly. He even explained certain parts of my insurance policy to help me better understand why I was getting a specific part from one distributor over another.
I had to replace my front bumper, right front headlight, right front fender, and most of the parts underneath them. He blended the paint in very well and I can’t even tell the car was in an accident.
I highly recommend him for his quality work and his customer service.

My car was recently a victim of a side-​swipe from back bumper to front end mirror. When I thought all hope was lost, I took her into Jimmy’s because of my Insurance Co.‘s preferred list, as well as Unilocal reviews. This was also my first time taking any car of mine to an auto body shop. I was definitely a little skeptical of how my experience would be, but he has a customer for life. I can’t say enough about how great the service is at Jimmy’s. He’s taken such good care of my Jeep (my first born) every time I leave it with him. Good mechanics are hard to come by, but Jimmy is trust worthy and does quality & efficient work! Highly recommended!

I think I went to nearly every auto body shop near Waltham for quotes. I told Jimmy exactly what I was looking to get done and without playing any games or trying to «sell» me on his shop, he gave me the lowest price around. He dropped me off at home and picked me up when the car was done. My quoted price is the exact price I paid. I can’t stop admiring what a fantastic job they did. They even went above and beyond what I had asked. I could not be happier.
