As one of the industry’s true innovators, David M. Zell has significantly changed the face of the employment profession. His contribution to advancing the methodology and techniques of recruiting, consulting and classical search has made Logix the «company to beat». Regarded as a charismatic leader and motivator, his energy and enthusiasm have been the driving force behind Logix’ success.

As Logix’ founder, Mr. Zell has assembled the most highly regarded group of consulting professionals in the scientific and technical communities. The Logix organization is known throughout the industry for its unique approach to Human Resource Consulting, Executive Search and Recruiting. Prior to Logix, he was instrumental in the start-​up of two successful recruiting firms.

Mr. Zell is a graduate of the University of Miami, Coral Gables, where he earned a degree in Psychology.
