We love Myriam! She (and her assistant Rachel) was our day-​of coordinator, but really was more of a month-​of coordinator. She put together our timeline, coordinated with all of our vendors, and made sure our rehearsal and wedding were flawless. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect — and if anything went wrong, I didn’t know about it, which is exactly why I wanted a coordinator. Our wedding was less than traditional, hosted at the two-​level Charles River Museum of Industry, complete with a cocktail hour downstairs and reception upstairs. Our guests — and we — noticed how smoothly things were running and it made for a wonderfully relaxed event. Myriam even noticed when we hadn’t signed our marriage license and made sure that was completed.

Myriam of M&M Elite Events worked as our day-​of coordinator (really month of!) September 1, 2012. My wedding was extremely detailed from a rehearsal dinner at The Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel, custom made linens, chalk board menus, custom bar stations, desert stations, over 300 guests attended The Seaport Hotel Boston, chic after party which required it’s own set up and Sunday brunch on location… many vendors to manage. (Our wedding was featured on Style Me Pretty) M&M Elite is organized and talented with design, she was essential to our wedding day!
Myriam is dedicated wedding professional, she goes above and beyond for her clients and even adds personal touch to to our weekend celebration. She is professional, dresses the part and is highly energetic keeping all the moving parts of a wedding on track. M&M Elite Events was our advocate working with our vendors, she is a friend and was essential to our planning process.
I would recommend M&M to any newly engaged couple looking for a organized team to execute their wedding vision.

Our experience with Myriam was unsatisfactory and unfortunate. Though she is a friendly person, Myriam struggled with the overall coordination of our wedding, such that we were compelled to terminate our contract three months before the wedding. Her main difficulties seemed to be around:
TIMELINESS: 40 – 60 minutes late to two meetings and no-​showed for a third meeting.
ORGANIZATION: Lack of comprehensive follow-​through on multiple email chains, only once (and upon request) did she provide a summary of/​next steps for our planning meetings.
EFFICIENCY: We signed 1 vendor contract during our two months with her (a vendor we found and reached out to ourselves. Was not able to satisfactorily resolve vendor-​related issues without our direct involvement.
INTEGRITY: In our interview conversation she advertised a computerized design program to help us with the ceremony/​reception set up. In reality, this was a program she had never used before, and in the end, never worked. We learned this only upon inquiring about the program ourselves.
ATTN TO DETAIL: Did not thoroughly review a vendor contract, such that we could have technically owed thousands of dollars. Plenty of texts and 1 – 2 line emails were received, but without comprehensively addressing our questions/​concerns.
