I was brought here by my tile installer for threshold, windowsill and tub knee wall modifications that my original supplier could not accommodate in the short time frame requested. They were friendly, professional and clearly experienced and knowledgeable, suggesting improvements like a drip edge and quickly calculating the correct angle for the threshold. Being a person inexperienced and intimidated with bathroom remodels, they inspired comfort and confidence which was greatly appreciated. I’ll be back.

I work for a residential remodeling company and we had an issue with the stone fabricator we had been using for a project that had resulted in us needing a counter fabricated, delivered, and installed on pretty much a two business day notice. Not only did Mimi provide me with an accurate quote within the hour, but she went out of her way to be pleasant about it and make sure I absolutely had everything that I needed to have our project continue without a hitch. Working with vendors every day, I rarely see this type of attitude and commitment.

Janet, Mimi and Tony at Tile International and Granite International were my Christmas angels. My husband and I were renovating our home and we bought all our tile from Janet. She was wonderful and helped to plan our kitchen and bathroom and then really worked with us on the price because we were on a tight budget. Then they got us the tile really quickly which was amazing. Janet also wanted to do our granite counter tops for our kitchen but we had already gone with a company that was going to be cheaper. Well — you get what you pay for! The company was awful and when I called to have the granite templated for our kitchen the other company told us they couldn’t do it until mid-​January! It was a week before Christmas and this would mean I would have no kitchen to cook Christmas dinner. I cried and cried and then I called Janet. She immediately swooped in with Mimi and Tony and they completely rescued me. I had my granite counter tops installed before Christmas and it was the best gift I could have hoped for. If it wasn’t for Tile International and Granite International I don’t know if we would even be living in our home yet. But thanks to them we not only have our home, we had our home in time to spend Christmas with the family! And it is GORGEOUS. The granite was cut and installed to perfection. I simply cannot say enough good things about this company. They are kind and empathetic and human and seem to really care about their clients. I will always be grateful to them for all they did for me.
