Attention to detail, personalized service, an online portal that works well, very friendly and professional people. We are a 10-​person firm and although On-​Time provides a MUCH better service than the big payroll companies, they only cost about $ 5/​month more — for us this small difference in price is WELL worth it. I highly recommend them for any small business.

There is someone on the other end always to pick up your calls and help you with anything you need. The system they provide to enter payroll is very easy to get a hang of. It takes me about 5 minutes to send in the payroll every other week. Over the years we have switched payroll companies a numerous amount of times.
