What are the top things I look for when having my car serviced? I found them all here at The Little Speed Factory:
Trustworthy, knowledgeable, experienced, professional, fair price, accommodating, thoughtful and friendly.
I’ve always brought my cars to the dealership for service, oil change, tires etc… I wanted to find a place that met my criteria above that was close to home. Never before have I met a group of technicians like this!
I brought my VW EOS in for the 40K service and have the snow tires removed. They emailed me a quote (which was much better than the dealership) asked me what day/​time worked with my schedule (weekends too), explained everything and the car was ready exactly on time. They even washed and cleaned it inside and out!
