What a great dealership (and after shopping around for a while I never thought I would say that about a car dealership!) When I read the 9÷2÷2105 review it echoes exactly what we experienced. We were very happy customers. So many of the other dealerships we visited were high pressure or unpleasant. Working with Waltham Auto Gallery was a very pleasant experience and we made our car buying decision on wanting to work with them and support their family business. We appreciated that they offer such a high quality selection of vehicles at reasonable rates! Daphne made the whole process go very smoothly. We absolutely love our vehicle. We would definitely buy again from them.

Where to start??? After weeks and weeks of searching for our dream vehicle and almost giving up hope we ran into this family owned dealer after dining in a nearby restaurant. We saw the vehicle model that we were looking for in the color we desired. We decided to stop for a «quick» look and were promptly greeted by Daphne. She was great, asked us a few questions and let us roam throughout the lot. Although we saw what we wanted, we couldnt help but walk around the rest of the lot. The selection was great, tons of beautiful cars with low mileage at great prices!
What stuck out and really sold us was the hassle free experience. It was family owned and there wasnt the «big name dealership» pressures. Believe me, we have seen the desperation in some of the salesmen in the larger dealerships. One even took our keys and kept us hostage! Not this one, the sales process was very straight forward. The price was very competitive! (We research everything) and the vehicle was in great condition and recently service! After a few days the vehicle was ours thanks to this great gem located in Waltham! Thank you Waltham Auto Gallery! You made buying a vehicle as easy as buying groceries.

This was our second experience buying a Honda Pilot from an independent dealership. It was straightforward and I enjoyed the experience. They negotiated fairly and I felt they were invested in the customer to make the experience worthwhile.

About 2 weeks ago I purchased a 2008 Acura RDX and I have to say I could not be any happier! I researched a lot before buying a car and definitely came to the right place! I came in on a rainy day, no appointment and Daphne the Finance Manager could not be more kind, polite and helpful! She answered all my questions, explained the different types of cars she had and provided me with all the CarFax! I did not only fall in love with the car, but they made the transition with the loans and everything so smooth! Thank you again for such a great experience!

I just got my 2010 Audi R8 from Douglas with very low miles. Everything was great, no hassle smooth transaction. Very happy! Great place to buy cars!

They gave me a $ 20 gas card to give them a review when I first purchased my vehicle. I realize that this doesn’t force people to give them good reviews, but it’s certainly incentive. This is why I’m not surprised this wretched car dealership received good Unilocal reviews. Anyway, I just thought I’d point out that Daphne doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing. Be extremely cautious when you deal with her! I wanted to find out if I could get some money refunded to me by cancelling the rest of my extended 2-​year warranty service that I paid for, and she said all we had to do was sign a form and fax it to the warranty company to hear back from them. I specifically asked and made sure that this form wouldn’t cancel my warranty yet, and she said very clearly, «no. this will not cancel your warranty service, and when they get back to me, I will call you and let you know how much you can receive as a refund.» I said, «great!.» I naively signed a form that canceled my warranty permanently, and, oh wonderful! At least Daphne was there to call me and let me know they weren’t going to refund me a cent. When I found out my warranty service was canceled and there was nothing I could do to get it back, I made sure to thank good ol’ Daphne for setting me up with this kick-​butt deal and was, in fact, so ecstatic I just had to rate this car dealer a solid 1 star it deserves.

My husband, by his own admission, is an incredibly difficult customer. After some negative experiences (I’m talking about you, «Boch New to You»), I wasn’t sure if we would ever get a car…
We had been looking into getting a quality used car with low miles at a good price for about 2 months until he stumbled on this small family owned dealership. I was not actually with my husband on the first day when he found «the one», but I came the next day to test drive and I am so happy I did. We worked with AC and Daphne who very professional, honest and easy to work with. Daphne told us what the car needed and offered to fix it before our purchase.
Today we came back to check out the car and to see that all repairs we made. Everything was all set… there was just one thing they did not have time to fix, since we wanted the car today, but they were happy to get us an estimate so we could get it done ourselves and they even wrote US a check to cover it!
I would highly recommend Waltham Auto Gallery to anyone that is looking to get a quick, non– price gouging, honest deal.

After searching all the dealers local to us including the towns of Acton, Littleton, Nashua and Manchester my wife and I were both tired of putting up with all the games and the crazy high prices at the dealerships we visited.
We found a listing for the vehicle we wanted online at Waltham Auto Gallery and based on price alone we made the 45 minute drive.
Not only were all the cars clean and well maintained, but there was no pressure and no games. No «I need to check with the sales manager» and no «what would it take to get you into this car today» that happened everywhere else.
Both Douglas and Daphne were courteous, professional and were not pushy at all.
We saved a minimum of $ 2000. and got to deal with honest, polite business people. What a concept! Save yourself a ton of money and the headache of dealing with all the ‘slick’ car salesmen out there, and visit Waltham Auto Gallery. It’s worth the trip.

We had a great experience buying our used Honda Civic Hybrid here. The owner, Douglas, and his sister, Daphne, were both kind, friendly, totally not pushy, and easy to deal with. We had everything signed and sealed in a matter of minutes and they were able to get us everything we wanted in terms of a decent extended warranty (with Zurich). There was a minor dent/​rust stain on the back of the car, and Douglas offered to take it to the body shop and have it taken care of within the week (and did). We had some minor issues with a wrong key at the end of the transaction, but Douglas immediately took care of it by running down the street to make a copy.
After having bought cars at large auto dealerships, and this smaller dealership, I can honestly say that this was the least pressured, quickest, and easiest deal I have made. Even with the minor key snafu, I found both Douglas and Daphne not only eager to please, but eager to make sure that I left happy and satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend their dealership and would certainly come back should we need to buy/​sell another car! Happy Hunting!
